I always get a chocolate blizzard with vanilla ice cream, my kids usually switch flavors, but my husband always gets a large cup of shaved ice. We have NEVER been disappointed. Its the ONE thing I look forward to in the summer and its worth the wait 😁

So good, hands down our favorite place for blizzards and snowballs. We used to go to Cindy’s (in Elkridge) but this place is better. They are a little pricey and only take cash, but it’s worth it

It states are open online. Theres a sign that says they are closed from 5 to 8. However at 3:45 theyre closed. Sadly this is nothing new. In addition to prices being a bit outrageous & customer service being 50/50 I think its time to find a new ice cream spot

Good selection of stuff.Been going here for years but the prices are high as is on the menu and when we ordered the other day the employee was asking for a dollar more than the menu price.We pointed out that it was listed at $7 on the menu & she just shrugged at us & asked for $8 again. :(The menu taped up there actually looked new too but it must be redone if the prices are not honored.

If you want to waste money this is the place. left $15 for flavored ice and a sundae. Flavored ice was good, sundae was all fudge garbage.. Dont waste your time or money on this.

Very disappointing! Please avoid this place. Im fairly certain that the snowballs are made by using the crushed ice setting on the door of a standard refrigerator. The employees are not polite. The prices are stupid high for bad shaved ice and okay soft serve.If youre in the neighborhood and craving some ice cream, its better to drive down the street to the grocery store than to eat this overpriced garbage. At the least it has the construction zone vibe going on.I wish I could forget how bad this was. It ruined my day.

Prices seem to go up like every year. Especially anything that has their soft serve ice cream with it... 7$ for a medium milkshake is a serious ripoff.

Very rude staff. Cash only and refuse service without a mask even though the business is outdoors? Still wouldn’t serve me with my shirt pulled over my mouth (it’s the same material of most masks, people), just odd. Fully vaccinated for several months by the way. Congratulations on losing a customer. :-)

The ice was very chunky and the service bad. nothing exceptional here or even a curious thank you or hello from staff! Also this is 100% nothing like Hawaiian shaved ice. The syrup had minimum flavor to it aside from just sweet. I was so excited I drove 40 mins to try. Really I could have gone anywhere for this icee. 711 is better!

EGG CUSTARD SNOWBALLS!!!!! Always my favorite place for summertime sweets to cool you down.A Large variety of flavors to choose from. They only accept cash as payment and they are a bit pricey but worth it.

I think this is a nice little stand, but they gave me the hardest time when there was some confusion with our order. All I said was that I was just waiting on a small vanilla in a cup, and then the person who took the order proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes. Turns out it was a mixup and someone grabbed the wrong thing, but it would have been a lot easier to fix the issue then to waste that time arguing over something that costs next to nothing to fix.There are also many cheap ways to accept cards today. It would be good to consider their options there too.

Great little spot for ice cream and snow balls. Lots of flavors and options. Place to sit and enjoy. Great little hometown spot to enjoy time with my little ones. They love it.

Such a bummer. Could be a cool spot but rude employees ruin it. We ordered 2 cones and got one cone dumped in a cup. When I explained the miscommunication, I.got huge attitude and ended up just walking away with my cone in a cup

Great prices and many options! Good place to go for a nice ice cream treat in the summer. Locally owned and staff are kind and maintain a clean, respectful, family environment. They are very good at specific orders, not too many mess ups and are always willing to fix their mistake at no extra charge. Highly recommended to anyone who loves ice cream and a good deal!

My personal choice here is wedding cake with vanilla on the bottom and marshmallow on top with extra flavor. The mice great treats here. They really should get an ATM or start accepting card here.

Great snowball stand normally. Had a problem today though. Asked and paid for marshmallow. Did not receive marshmallow, so I asked the young lady if I paid her for it and she said yes. When I mentioned no marshmallow she said it was in the middle. I think everyone can guess, it was not in there. I totally understand forgetting or even missing it but then lying directly to my face? This is a new person so, maybe a one time thing or maybe something more.

This is the best snowball stand around.Its right across the street from Hollywood movie theater so its nice to grab a snowball after a movie.They dont use regular crunchy ice, they use shaved ice and it makes a huge difference!

My son came there today with a mask and the service rep refused to serve him. Stating that he had come prior without a mask. The day in particular it was pouring down raining and my son was with his aunt who ordered. However, today he had a mask on. To me this was racial profiling and we no longer desire your service. How unbelievable with all that is going on!

We enjoy taking our 4 year-old son here for ice cream or snowballs. Best snowball ice around and good flavor. Great customer service, delicious treats, convenient location, and nice outdoor seating make for 5-star experience.

Over priced, poor quality, and horrible customer service. I went twice and had an awful experience both times. Will be taking all of my business to Ice Cream Cottage.

Just gotta remember its cash only. They really are missing an opportunity to make more money just by having an ATM on site. Otherwise soft serve ice cream and snowballs are awesome.

This is a nice family owned neighborhood ice cream stand/snowball shack. The sitting area is clean and the service is fast and friendly. Glad to support locally owned businesses and hopefully this one will continue to thrive and service the neighborhood.

This place is pretty expensive for what you are getting, at least that is what I felt. We were out for a walk and my daughter was begging for ice cream, so we stopped. All we ended up getting was a childs cone for $2.50 of soft serve to ice cream. It was piled high, which we liked. And the cone had a little disposable drip guard on it which was double nice. It was worth it, so maybe their other, more expensive items would be worth it too.

Favorite snow ball stand little pricy but well worth it. Good milkshakes and my favorite the igloo snowball mixed with soft serve and blended into a shake.
