Terrible customer service. I went there last Monday after 7 pm and was ready to shop. I knew what I wanted but needed help finding it. Staff never bothered to even greet. I decided to walk to Nordstrom and bought what I needed there. Rather to pay a bit more but get good service. Shame on the staff, plenty of girls working, yet too busy talking to each other and behind counter. Poor representation of your company. Hopefully management sees this and gets an idea whats going on at their store

No star!!! Terrible customer experience! I will never shop another time at MAC cosmetics. The staff told me to wait a long time as I have to spend a day at the shop. I will stop shopping at MAC though I am a regular customer due to terrible customer service! Very disappointed!!!

No customer service, I went on Thursday during the day and it was not busy. 2 Customer service reps and neither acknowledge me or looked in my direction, I tried to get one to help me but never even looked my way. I stood by the new lip polish holding the color in my hand. 1 customer they were working with and all I wanted was a lipstick, I knew the color, it would have been an easy sale. Not a hello or even a glance in my direction. Never going to spend my money at this store. The Ladies are rude here.

Im a fan of the Back to MAC recycling program! After all these years I finally gathered six empty plastic MAC containers and redeemed it for a complimentary, full-sized lipstick in Lady Danger. Even though it was 20 minutes to closing, the make up artist was more than happy to show met 4-5 colors before I settled on a bright coral. Just in time for my summer adventures! FYI you, if you go to a MAC counter at a department store you only have a choice of a complimentary lipstick. But if you go to an MaC store, you have the choice between a lipstick, lipglass, or eyeshadow.
