I had a large front window replaced by Arcadia Sash and Door. I appreciated the time they took to make sure the size and design was correct. By the time it was delivered it was a perfect fit, a quality product and installed without issue. I would definitely recommend them.

Arcadia Sash and Door has consistently provided me the best quality, price, and customer service I have ever received from a Vendor. I have consistently worked with them for almost 10 years on all of my properties. Tina and Tom couldnt be more knowledgeable or hardworking, and they have an amazing sales and labor staff as well. Rarely does an issue pop up, but if it does, it is always resolved extremely prompt and fairly. I dont go to anyone else for my doors, windows, and finish carpentry needs, as they are the most honest & transparent vendor Ive worked with.

I found EVERYONE to be friendly and helpful. These folks know their windows and were able to help me get the look I wanted. Andy was beyond patient and answered all my questions and was thorough in making sure my order was accurate and complete. No pressure to upsell or add features. Very fair price. Lots of floor models, styles and designs to see first hand. Completely satisfied!

I am elderly and needed light but strong screen doors and Andy helped me find very beautiful ones that werent too heavy and when they installed them, they did such a nice job they dont slam shut on me. The gentleman was also nice enough to change a motion sensor light for me that i could not reach.

These guys did an amazing job on our place, three doors so far. Really nice team as well. Highly recommended.

John was wonderful and patient with us while we ordered our windows. Their displays are very nicely arranged and it is well worth a visit.

Ive Had them do work for me before. Had them install windows which should’ve taken 1 week but they were so disorganized that it ended up taking 3 months. That being said once the windows had finally been installed they did great work. Flash forward 4years later and I reluctantly called them for a set of French Doors and from the get go I got push back from Matt on why did I need to replace my French Doors but I chalked it up to fact finding even if his tone was snotty. After explaining my “need” for new French Doors I set an appointment the following day. Well the following day comes and no Matt. I waited for about 45 mins and called them. After waiting on hold for 8 mins Matt picked up and tells me I misunderstood him and that he always gives hour windows. Needless to say I cancelled and proceeded to hang up. This seems to be the company’s pattern. Always excuses, scant follow through. If you value your time and hard earned money it shouldn’t be wasted on a company who doesn’t appreciate the time and money you are spending on them.
