I called and they quoted me $80 to replace the headphone jack on my Galaxy S10. They took a $40 deposit and said theyd have the part in a couple days. They part arrived on time and I brought in my phone - and the technician told me theyd made a mistake and the repair was only $60. I left the phone with them to make the repair, but hadnt made it home to McKinleyville before they called (my work phone) and let know it was ready -- and that they hadnt had to replace the port at all. It was just clogged with lint and gunk. They just charged me their $25 bench fee -- instead of $60 or even $80. What amazing, honest service!

My iphone broke and I did not back it up so I was worried that I was going to lose a lot of data, but they were able to get my old phone fixed, and transfer everything onto my new phone! And for a very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to the online chat. They know what theyre doing!

My phone had a tendency of dying the first couple hours of the day. I called iExperts, because they were walking distance from my work, and they scheduled an appointment for me to get my phone fixed on my lunch break. I dropped it off at the beginning of lunch and picked it up on the way back. Great place to go when youre in a time pinch! Theyve also hooked it up with a couple screen protectors.

During power outage, they charged my phone.

I had a difficult job for them, replacing both the broken screen and battery for my Samsung Galaxy Edge 7 (with the curved screen). They reserved a time for me and got the job done in that specific time, so I was only without my phone (this is my business phone) for a very brief time. The work has a 90-day warranty. The staff are friendly and very capable.

I visited the Arcata location of this business last weekend to get a price quote for a cracked screen and was treated VERY poorly by the employee working behind the counter. Needless to say, I did not give them my business after that and I would not recommend them to others either! There are multiple other business in Humboldt that will fix your phone (simply macintosh, staples, HSU bookstore, advanced cellular), or you can just go through insurance with your mobile carrier! This is what I ended up doing and the employees at Verizon are much friendlier and more professional than the workers at iExperts!
