Arcata used to be full of really nice people but over the last year with what’s going on with the pandemic it seems like a lot of people have lost interest in being assertive and being 100% informative as customers come inOn top of that for some reason the tall guy long-haired guy always there now has been rude to alot customer besides myself and it’s really upsetting and disappointing to see such a good location and good business have such bad staff members working for them

The store and bathroom was so clean and when I walked in I was greeted immediately. My service was extremely great and fast. Kellyn and Megan were amazing! Will definitely be making this my main chevron on my travel stops! Also easy to spot from the road as well! Lots of parking and great variety of items as well.

Aww the staff is always so nice

This Chevron deserves a shout out. We are so grateful to Kellyn, the manager who opened the gas station on Friday morning, and helped us with our predicament. Different Chevrons, different locations, different services -- but this is a keeper with her around! Thanks again Kellyn!

You think for an extra 50 cents per gallon upcharge they would at least have receipts that work outside but no its broken. Why people pay this much for Chevron I will never understand.
