Terrifically helpful and friendly-I called during the pandemic and they were kind enough to make suggestions, picking several books and knitting needles out for my daughters birthday (sight unseen). My daughter was thrilled with her gifts--and I was thrilled with their friendly service. They even delivered outside their door as I waited in my car, allowing me to stay completely safe!

I have been a customer for decades and haven’t ever been disappointed in this store. It’s a real treasure. I sure hope they can get through the pandemic intact.

Bad customer service. Didnt even greet us or say one word to us while we were looking around. Neat selection but wouldnt purchase anything here since they dont seem to show customer appreciation.
