You know HF if you have ever looked for tool deals. This branch has some of the nicest and helpful staff that I have experienced. Easy location too!

The employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Unfortunately right now they are experiencing the same problem as most businesses with limited supplies and items not in the store. You might want to call before going to the store to see if the item is in stock.

I love the smell of rubber in the morning. Got a six foot long level for one third of the cost at Ace. Always seeing more than I need. So tempting. Must be something in the air. Few buys do fail early, but get a new one. Hopefully they make them better over time. Great for homeowner diyers. Website is sometimes helpful, but lacks usefulness when searching

Great HF location, kind staff, great sales are getting worse on a corporate level though. Hopefully it gets better again!

For a small town HFT they sure have a good selection. We found what we were looking for, the cashier walked us about helping & we picked up extra.

Doing what we needed. And what we needed before we knew we needed it. I was in nervana.

I dont really care for most of their stuff its cheap but what we have gotten from here has been ok. I mean my husbands job gets some things from here as well and they work and last but thats just some stuff. But the staff are for the most part knowledgeable, friendly, and clean. Also, I didnt know this but they warranty tools as well. My husband bought some sockets from here and didnt bother to get a warranty because A he didnt know if they were the correct ones and B he didnt know if they would last and be worth warranting. So, he used them and took them to work and used them and other guys used them and he realized these were something worth the warranty so he took them back and with no problems at all warranty the sockets for him.

They have a lot of good tools at a good price, how ever some products I do not consider safe, I needed a heavy duty dill with a 1/2 chuck, the handle broke off, it was painful but luckily I did not brake my hands/fingers, I returned it get replacement and the same thing happened, most of their products are safe cheap and get the job done.

Pretty terrific. Quiet on a holiday morning..day after.the 4th. Got what I needed.

Didnt find what I was looking for, BUT...I got a great deal on somethings Ive been wanting.

Omg I tried returning a press that broke while doing ujoints and I lost my password to my email and I get email receipt s they looked my ph# upand it shows the receipt was sent to me andthey only would give a gift card I want my money it was 92 dollars and it almost hurt me i feel like customer is always rt the supervisor threw the gift card at me and told me heres your moneyim so done w harbor freight I used a 100 dollar tool once

We love Harbor Freight. They usually have what we need for our projects around the house. Yes, the tools arent always the absolute best quality, but at the price they are a nice value. This is especially true for basic items and disposable/consumable items. The staff is very friendly, and the cashiers usually have a 20% off coupon code for a single item which they will provide if you have forgotten yours.

Great place to get toolsIf you know what your looking for. I just bought a 8 drawer tool box for a little over $200 dollars. And it is just as good as a snap on. For a Quarter of the price. And I am very happy with it. I would recommend them to family and my friends. And anyone else

Its a nice and clean Harbor Freight. The staff are also friendly. As far as Harbor Freight goes this is my favorite one.

Nice group of employees, its Harbor Freight, cheap tools, decent prices. Mostly main stream tools, if your looking for super specific/obscure tools probably not gonna be the place. But if your looking for automotive or do it your self tools, this is the right place.

This is my favorite tool place. I try to buy American but so few things are made in America anymore. As far as prices they are the ones to beat. I would say the quality matters but in this case there warranties are great. Customer service depends on who you get as to what their knowledge level is. Could be a little more friendly but really doesnt matter? If you were buying a steak at a fancy restaurant then customer service would mean something. Lots of selections on a wide variety of stuff. As long as they stay in business Ill keep coming back.I wanted to update this review customer service still needs work on, in fact Ive actually gone to online ordering rather than deal with their people at the store. I only going to the local store if theres a big sale going on. I thought being a member I actually meant something but not anymore.

Their staff is super helpful and informative. Thou they didn’t have the product I wanted in stock but to be fair it was on sale, killer deal. My fault for not getting there sooner 😊

They are pushing their pay-to-play rewards system so hard that the price of the items are the same or higher than tractor supply or ace. Went from my #1 go-to store to just a select few items.

Small store as Harbor Freight goes, fairly good inventory.

Ive visited this HFT location three times now, and Im pleased with the results. They are well-ordered and have good stock. The store is clean and well-lit. Its also right next to a good restaurant and a big and tall clothing store.

Well, I found 2 of the 4 items, I was looking for, 1 Cashier & line was 6 customers deep, only 2 employees working, the other 1 was on the floor, with about 10 or so customers seeking items, I think in retrospect? I should have just placed my Order Online, instead of traversing through the Jungle!!! Lol....

I waited 25 minutes for someone to open the spray paint lock for me. I thought it was going to be a quick one item stop. Meanwhile my groceries melted in the car and my baby was hungry. They helped several mean who walked in after me. I politely reminded them that I was waiting a couple of times.

Customer service is good. Usually have what we need. Not top quality; however, good enough and you can get a little wear without braking the bank.

The staff here are awesome. You walk in and vaguely describe what you need and they give you an isle number and location. Theyre very friendly and knowledgeable and I dont shop anywhere else for hardware.
