I had recently purchased an iPhone 7 Plus with Cricket Wireless and decided to give their service a shot. None the less it wasn’t for me so I decided to switch back to my old carrier. However, Cricket refused to unlocked the phone to allow me to take it back over to my old provider. I stopped in for 10-15min and this guy had me set up and on my way in no time! I am so happy with the customer service I received especially after spending 3 hrs on the phone going in circles with no solution. I will be giving all my business to him from now on and am considering switching to one of the carriers his business provides. Thank you so much again, you were my angel today!
