I have gone to this station for years. For the last 2-3 months it has been horrible. Pumps dont work they are covered with yellow bags or nothing on the screen. Day after day they say sorry we are having problems. Today was my last time at this gas station.. Finally get to the only pump without a bag and the screen is messed up. I will NEVER go here again. They can take their 5 cents off card. I will drive to another city before I try this terrible gas station. To beat all nobody there seems to care.

I’ve been coming to this gas pump for many years but they are going downhill,at the pump because their pumps not working needs really fixed and they need to stay on top of things. Lets get this done before people find another gas station!

I love going to shell. Amazing fresh ground cups of coffee. Great creamer selection. Wonderful service with a smile (you can tell by the eyes bc they are obviously in a mask) hot breakfast sandwiches are great and priced just right. I usually will just go for the coffee, but will pass 5 other convenience stores to just get mine from shell. They offer house blend, Columbia blend, harvest spice, and decaf, i think im missing one more. If you ever pass a shell, especially the one on north main, i would definitely stop and check it out. Fountain drinks get choices of cubed or crushed ice. They even have freshly made iced coffees. My favorite gas station to go to. Thank you shell staff. Its always clean.

Cannot pay at pump now. I guess the CCs just dont work. Just like half the pumps. Go inside to pay with card. Have to guess how much the tank will hold. If you need less...o well it will adjust the payment Ummm no no it didnt. Even if you pay cash..they dont want to give back change. You dont want your change back. Its like a tip. Yeah...no

There are no signs up about wearing mask employees don’t wear any mask after what’s going on with Covid-19 I am afraid 2 go inside this store but it close to my home and the fact they don’t care about keep customers safe is crazy I will take my business somewhere else.

Terrible service!! Very rude to their customers. Extremely lazy and unmotivated. If you are looking for quick quality service STAY AWAY. The woman’s name that “helped me” was Amanda at 1a.m. She is one of the worst employees I have ever had to deal with and was extremely disrespectful!! People like that do not deserve a paying job and if you would like any more information from me about my experience please reach out and I’ll be more than happy to explain the situation.

Debit/Credit Card Fraud possibility here. Card payment @pump requires Watching Ads @pump. Had to swipe card 4 times to finally get to work bc ads continuously interrupt payment attempt. Hope card only ran once... I will never return to this station as i do not wish to pay to watch ads for gas Im already paying for. This merchant is getting paid by you AND to run these ads at your time and expense.

A good place for taking a rest and filling up gasoline along with my stomach.

Only place with diesel fuel on this exit that I could find. They have a large clean nice store with friendly staff.

The air pump scratched the crap out of my credit card, then didnt give me air. When I used coins and started pumping, the hose had a hole in it, which started draining from my tire. Now its more flat than when I got here.
