Fair and great at what they do. No nonsense staff. They do most of their work on commercial mowers for lawn services. Consider my last two sentences and any bad reviews are fully explained. This is a real shop that will fix stuff that is worth fixing.

I called yesterday about getting a carburetor adjusted. I explained what I have done to troubleshoot and the owner said he could tell I was mechanically inclined. He recommended me replacing that carburetor as there is little adjustment on the motor I have. I appreciate him telling me the best way to get my motor running quickly. Will use him again if needed.

I called one Saturday morning for a belt tension spring for my mower and he stayed there after closing trying to find the spring I needed. Highly recommend. He really puts the service back in customer service.

The gentleman I spoke w/ will certainly tell you like it is, or, at least, from his negative point of view. He seemed disinterested in helping w/ my mower issue &, basically, told me to go somewhere else - I will never purchase TroyBilt products again if this is the closest authorized repair shop. A swift kick in the balls would’ve been a more positive experience.

Good service and great prices

The price they quoted me to replace the wheels on my mower was fair. However they wanted to keep them over for at least three weeks which is how they get you. They charge you for mowing your lawn while its sitting in their shop. Ridiculous. I will not use them.

Good service. Let you know what cost might be and ask how much you are willing to spend to fix equipment.That way you get an idea if its best just to get new equipment.
