Waiting for a part to come in to fix my a/c unit, went in and asked about renting a window unit, was told they dont do short term rentals, because they dont make any money from that they do rent to own or if iwas going to lease for 6 months to a year um, i didnt get all that when i rented a washer and dryer, that i didnt have 6 months

Took a long time to rent a computer. They couldnt give me a correct monthly price until everything was finished and ready for payment. Wouldnt credit 1 day rental fee because of severe flooding and many main road closures to the store cause of heavy rain. Brought back computer 2 days past due date and they still charged me for those two days. No other rent company in town does that when they get their merchandise back. Defently wont be doing any more business here and wont recommend to anyone. Go to rent a center or aarons in Ardmore and save yourself a headache.

Rent first is a great place to go I have been getting stuff from them for 3 years and they have always help me out if I need anything or a problem they fixed it in a timely manner and I thank yall for that thank yall for every thang yall do for us

Terrible. NEVER GO HERE. was dissatisfied with their customer service and their product so planned to send it back before I had the chance to clean all my stuff out of product they entered my home uninvited and took the product. Mind you UNINVITED. I have had nothing but problems with this place since day 1. Payments are never the same and they will start calling and showing up to your home before the payment is even due. One of their workers even broke a window in my home beating on it so hard because he thought some one was inside ignoring him when there was no one home. I came home to a broken window and checked the cameras around my home and sure enough it was them. They spent 45 minutes walking around my home and BEATING on my windows and doors when my payment was not even due at this time, they claimed they just wanted to see the product.
