Earlier this year, we had the front end of our car repaired after an accident and everything seemed fine after it was repaired and picked up. But later during the Summer after getting heavy rain and with high humidity, we noticed moisture inside the driver side headlight assembly. Upon further inspection, we noticed a small crack in the very corner of the headlight and the low beam headlight was out.I reached out to Orsini and they sent over a few after repair photos but unfortunately they were not high resolution and clear enough to determine if the small crack was there or not. With that in mind, I visited them in person not to blame them for the crack but to see if there was a quick and easy solution to remove the moisture and seal the crack in the headlight. We looked at the photos together on the computer and even they agreed that it was not clear if the crack was there or not in the after repair photos. As soon as I started talking about potential ways to repair the headlight (which they assumed I wanted for free but I wouldve been willing to pay for), they became very defensive and told me they would reach out to my insurance, which upon second thought doesnt make sense because the crack was not related to the accident. (The Progressive inspection agent did take a close up photo of the headlight assembly and there was no crack post-accident and pre-repair.) After trying to follow up for weeks, they stopped responding to my emails.While Im sure many others have had a great experience with them for more straight forward and uncomplicated situations, unfortunately for us our experience was the contrary. We expected some level of cooperation from a reputable business like this one.After taking the car to another local shop, they were able to very quickly determine that it was just a burned out headlight and the small crack just needed some silicone to seal it. They advised me to just buy the parts and do it myself, which is exactly what I did! :)

The owner, Joe was friendly, quick with the estimate, and maintained communication through the whole process. The staff was equally professional. Great work, reasonably priced and finished within the estimated time! My Audi Q5 looks great! So happy to find a body shop that I trust and that does great work!

We had a deer run into our car and came into Orsini’s the next morning. The receptionist was incredibly nice and we immediately spoke to the owner, who answered all our questions and directed us on how to file an insurance claim. He also offered getting us an Uber and was so nice! The repair didn’t take long at all and at the end he didn’t charge us a dime because it was a small fix! Very grateful to these guys for helping me out during a very stressful time. Definitely recommend!!!

Great place, excellent service

Orsinis is clearly THE place you want to go to if you ever are unfortunate enough to need collision repair. They give prompt initial estimates, and work with the insurance companies to ensure that they cover all of the costs of the repair. They are accommodating, friendly and incredibly good at the repair work. Your car comes out looking as good as new! On my last repair job, we were out of town. We left the car with Orsinis and they delivered it back to my driveway all repaired where we found it when we returned. I cant speak highly enough about Orsinis as the best place around to collision repair work!

Two years ago Orsinis did a repair on my car and at the time I was very happy. I assumed that they were using brand new Honda parts for the repair. Today, I had trouble with the lock on my driver side door; the door that Orsinis had repaired. I took the vehicle to Martin Main Line Honda who tells me that I need to pay $800 to repair the entire door. They claim that Orsinis used second hand parts on the interior of the door. Who do you believe??? Consumers Beware!!!! Merry Christmas
