It was after 5pm, but they didnt hesitate to change my oil. Fast, efficient, and friendly. At under $45.00, its an acceptable cost. My first time there, bur ill be returning.

Ive had a long run of terrible mechanics, so it was skeptical when I came here to get my vehicle fixed. They did a spectacular job, and really knocked it out of the park. When I told the mechanic what was going wrong and what the vehicle is doing, they immediately knew what the issue was, and after the repair its working better then it has in years. They were fast, professional, thorough, and came in under the estimate they gave me which absolutely blew me away. I have never had a mechanic charge me less than they estimated.

I brought in my own oil filter and air filter very reasonable prices much better than the place down the street which was way too expensive. I recommend this place to everybody.

I’ve used PitPros for the last 2 years for my oil changes and other little things I have needed them to check. In March 2021 I went to get an oil change. I ask them if they could be sure to check my transmission fluid for sure because it has a bolt on it that I do not know how to remove. Teri said that she would have them check it. Well 2 days after getting my oil changed, my truck breaks down. Mind you, that my receipt states that PitPros checked it “Complete” on my receipt.I have my truck towed home. I didn’t have the money to take it to a repair shop so my son in law came to look at it when he got time. A week and a 1/2 after the oil change. Turns out, I did not have any transmission fluid.If Propits checked my transmission fluid, they would have seen I did not have any transmission fluid or at least seen I had a transmission fluid leak. Since they did not do their job by telling me I had a leak or no transmission fluid, I had a $760 bill from Barry Sanders Nissan. Thank God for Barry Sanders. I couldn’t really afford it but I had no choice seeing that is my only running vehicle. I am so disappointed in PitPros in Ardmore Oklahoma. Pitpros could have saved me so much money and heart ache if they would have just told me I had a transmission fluid leak or if they forgot to refill my transmission fluid. They have lost a valued customer.

ZERO STARS! Worst service I have ever experienced at a service shop. The guy got oil all over my truck and wasnt even going to tell me about it. I seen the oil on the seat and walked around and it was pouring from under my engine. Oil was all over my engine(brand new truck) which slung all over everything else under and on the hood. I dont have a clue how they got all over my tires but they were covered. I was told, yeah those truck were a pour design and we get a little oil spilt. The truck I had before this was the exact same, same year and I had the oil changed at more than a dozen shops nation wide and have never had this happen. I would not recommend this shop ever!

My A/C was blowing hot air. I was recommended by a gentleman at Autozone to check with Pit Pros. When I stopped by, a lady greeted me and set an appointment for me since their technicians were busy at that moment. When I was there at my appointment time, a gentleman checked me in (I didnt ask his name). He was very honest and told me that there was plenty of freon after examining by the gauge. Only the clutch relay needed to be replaced. I feel everyone I interacted with was very kind and patient. They explained to me what was going on and how much it would cost for all the possible services they provided before they started it. I will definitely go back to visit them if I need other service in the future.

Tried 6 places before I called Pit Pros. She said, no problem we can do it now, for a transmission oil change on a GM 6-speed in an Equinox. I was 3rd in line which gave me just enough time to see the place, and theyve done well with that old corner gas station. Many cars parked, between in-line cars and some rebuilds parked, too. Their tear out trailer had just about everything. Lots of suspension parts, a few engines, transmissions and axles. They do everything but alignments.Did an A-1 job on my trans drain and refill, did it quick, too. With my Dexron VI, it was about $35. A deal and will go back to be sure.

Drove up in front of their door and waited around for 10 minutes, no response. So went to Walmart and spent my money on oil change.

3 years of professional ole skool hometown TRUE SERVICE..even after moving out of the Ardmore area..after 3000 miles and before my 4000 miles Im having my visit with fluid checks oil changes etc..and if anything else is needed they MENTION it before they just start taking a 🔨 to it😂😂😂😂I just love the entire bunch of them😄

I had a problem with the AC in my car.4 different places in Texsas checked my car, charged me diagnostic fee and didn’t fix it.2 of them changed me of recharging the ac gas even though they didn’t fix it. They told me that i will have to replace the compressor. It’s a lot of work and it’s gonna cost me 700-1,200 dollar.I went to this amazing place. They changed a part that cost me $20 and recharge the gas in the ac.Total cost including the labor time (2 hours) and the diagnosis, the part and the tax was $98!!!I was so satisfied, I tipped him and I will definitely come back for any other service I will need in the future!! Thank you!! You guys are the best!!!

Cant say enough good things about the team at Pit Pros. Terri made sure that the right filter was available for our Minnie Winnie RV. Mark made a special trip to get the oil I had requested, and last but not at all least Phillip and Im sorry that I cant remember the other techs name, and he was a real help. Sorry dude! All of them went the extra mile and to our surprise, was able to show me that what I thought was a valve lifter problem was in fact a noisy catalytic converter. A simple fix and a geat relief to our trip. They have the right equipment and the right attitude, what a pleasure. Thanks to all,

Mark & the Guys at Pit Pros Quick Lube are just the Greatest! They really check over EVERYTHING on your car--the belts and hoses, the tires and tire pressure, they even make it smell good again! All for the price of an oil change, Now THATs Service! :)

In the last few months it had been my to go place. They are knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. They know how to treat a costumer. I will be going back for sure!
