The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they are unsure of something they are upfront about it but they will go ask a co-worker to try to find out. Just great folks.

It was ok visit I wish they could have gave me a little help/information then it probably would have been a better visit because they were fully staffed with at least four employees and could have easily could have helped me futher.

The manager was so helpful when I went in today to buy a battery. He came outside and checked my battery to see if it was bad. When he saw that it was, he went in to check my warranty. After that, he brought the new battery out and installed it for me. I cant thank him enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

These people know what I need even if I dont. Theyre not too expensive and if they dont have it in stock, they will order it for you no hassle! They have all kinds of equipment and specialized tools youll need for your car project. If its something you need for your car, then come to AutoZone here in Ardmore OK and you wont be disappointed! If you need help installing headlights, windshield wipers, or batteries, they will help you at no cost!

Appreciate they were open Labor Day but I dont normally shop here. I went to O Reillys 1st and felt like I was an imposition to them so I walked out went down to Autozone and received a very different and pleasant experience! Chip was very helpful he could have told me what the part number was but he walked over and got it for me nothing like that has happened at Oreillys so I have a new place to go now! thank you Chip and Autozone!

Are extremely friendly patient helpful and they always go out of there just to make sure a customer walks out there store with a smile and satisfied.So I say THANK YOU to Terry and the whole staff from open to close.

Usually I have no complaints about this place. Im new in town and have become a regular here, but I will say that some of the employees especially the supervisors or management are absolutely in need of customer service training.

Traveling back to Texas our thermostat went out on our truck. Autozone who claims to have tools on hand to help you out had NONE! THEY WERE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Go to ORielys instead they have tools.

I stopped here on my way to Houston from OKC because I had a cylinder misfire. They were able to read the codes and tell me cylinders 1 and 2 were misfiring, and the coils needed to be replaced. But, oops, they only have one.

I had them test my car battery, with the intention of buying a new one if I needed it. They refused to have anything to do with my battery because it has a fuse box attached to it (and he didnt identify it as a fuse box, he just said that thing.) Plus, I asked to check my antifreeze level, and he said it was fine, and it wasnt. Thankfully, Walmart Auto was able to replace my battery and helped me refill my very low antifreeze, which was cheaper than Auto Zone.

Great as usual...replaced headlight got me going again. Misty rain just before big Norther blew in. AUTOZONE YOU THE MAN..

They worked hard to get me taken care of. The part that I was sold was the wrong one. They didnt hesitate to issue me a refund.

Because of my last in-counter at Auto-zone in Ardmore Oklahoma. I will never buy from them again. The gentleman that, I dealt with was rude and didn’t understand the principal behind good customer service. I left and went to Oreily’s. They had the parts, I wanted and knew what customer service meant. I’m not sure what the guys name was, but he worked at the station just for shop owners and likes to apparently piss customer off that spend money. I will spend the rest of my time suggesting any were else, but Auto-Zone. (This review only summarizes my interaction with, said employee. Not Auto-zone as a whole company). It only takes one bad employee to lose business.

Well I called up to AutoZone to get a price check on a headlight for my car, and a gentleman named Coby answered the phone and once he heard that I need a simple price check he said nope and then hang up on me. So I guess I wont be recommending them anymore, and now Ill recommend OReilly Auto parts for now on.

Came in and said my check engine light came on, they hooked up the scanner to my car! Then they looked up the code it gave them, told me what it was and how much for the part! Took about 10 minutes for it all! But no one was in front of me!
