I first learned of this shop by using a coupon for an air conditioning service. The coupon price was hundreds of dollars less then what the dealer was going to charge me. My car is a 2008 and Ive almost always taken it to the dealer, but I figured at this point with the age of the car, maybe its time to start taking it to a local mechanic. Kyle and his crew did a great job, my car is blowing cold months later and Im extremely happy.After getting the air conditioning service, about a month later the car wouldnt start. I had to have the car towed to the shop and the tow truck driver told me I would definitely need a new battery, a new starter and maybe even a new alternator because they couldnt get the battery jumped in my driveway.I figured by taking the car back to the shop where I got the great price for the air conditioning service, they were going to either really come through for me again or get even with me for the very inexpensive air conditioning service.Kyle and his crew came through again and I only needed a battery. Another inexpensive auto repair that may not have gone that way if I had taken the car to a dealer.Now Im happy I found this shop and its my go-to place.I highly recommend them!

Always had great experiences here. The staff is extremely helpful and fair. The store is well kept and conveniently located on North York Road. I would highly recommend this as your go to stop for all car needs. The manager himself once interacted with me and after a while helped me with my car. Was traveling from about 1 hour 20 minutes away when my van started giving me problems so I pulled into the what the check engine light was for the owner smirked and said sorry sir come back tomorrow we can take a look at it. I don’t know how I’m going to make it home but I guess this is what happens when incompetent people are allowed to use a franchise like GOOD YEAR to run their backyard shops.

I came in for a State Inspection. The service was excellent, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They were patient, and took time to explain everything to me in detail. They even have free coffee and drinks for waiting customers.

The other night I was out on an appointment 45 minutes from home when the radiator of my Acura TL suddenly gushed enough coolant to preclude my getting home without blowing the engine. Found a place to crash and looked for a garage close enough get to in the morning. I had little idea of where I was or what was available. Went online and found that this garage was just down the street and it had great reviews.Kyle picked up my call and said he could work me in. Great. I used to write the technical service manuals for Subaru, and know a bit more than most about cars and mechanics. Kyle is an ace. The place is clean, well ordered, and customer satisfaction an obvious priority.Pretty obvious it was the radiator. My undercarriage was just raining coolant (the hoses were new from a recent timing belt service). Ordered the parts and went over the estimate. Have to give a big compliment to the transparency of the cost of parts and labor. A textbook model of how it should be done. Parts are x, time of labor, y.Bonus, instead of having to wait there through the day, Kyle got one of the guys to take me back to where I was staying and picked me back up when the car was ready. Work done, bill paid, Im on my way. Outstanding.So if youre reading this online from out of town and stuck like I was, hope this helps. And if youre a local, well, consider yourself in good hands should you need a repair.

Called and asked about an alignment because places closer to me were quoting hours of wait-time, they said come on over. Got there and it was done and we even got to enjoy watching some Netflix while waiting. Car is driving better and it was a good price. Glad we supported a small business instead of a chain. In and out in ~35 minutes, too!

I went to get my tire plugged due to a nail. The manager, Kyle D., was polite and completed my service in less than 15 minutes. It was wonderful and I was back out on the road.

Very bad experience, be very careful if you choose to give them business after reading this review. They deliberately damage parts to make money. They damaged my new brake pad and caliber and tried to convince me to get it repaired. I told them it’s still in warranty. Then they realized and offered me free service. Mike is notorious and the Mexican lady is cunning. They charge ‘shop fee’ of $9.83 for no reason. Check you invoice before paying. Simply they are thieves. Be careful.

Was on my way to the store notice my light came on for my tire that the air pressure was low I am 52 years old i cant be bending down so i walk in the lady behind the register had the most happiest smile ever so she tells me you guys are closed Sundays i told her i need air in my tire young lady got right up told me to park near the dumpsters and got me on my way thank you very much

Fixed a slow leaking wheel rim. Albi and shop folks are customer service people. My experience was fast at reasonable price.Shop is clean and I noticed they do State Inspection wheel alignments etc. I will be a return customer!

Had brakes done over here in April. I felt some rumbling on stopping in July, I brought the car in and had it back like new 4 hours later, free of charge. I didnt feel taken advantage of being a women. They really honored their guarantee!

I am very angry at the NEGLIGENCE of mechanics at this point. The mechanic did not put the oil plug properties for my vehicle. And I notice the oil pressure sign blinking when I hit the break. Then my car will stop when I hit the break. I did oil change @ 4/21. Today 6/1/2018 I search possible causes of blinking on the engine oil pressure. And I realized my engine oil are gone due the improper installation of oil plug. I am very angry now due to I had driven my car for 6 weeks with very limit engine oil. And it may cause significant wear on my engine. Please check your engine oil and engine pressure after the service.

I went to this shop for the first time couple weeks ago for State and Emission Inspection with oil change, because my favorite mechanic went out of town. Their skills are OK, not excellent. Be very careful, though. This shop is fairly new and cash hungry. They seemed to try to find the problem to make money. I expected to spend around 100 bucks, but ended up paying $580 even with deep discounts. Owner Abhi Gautam was very kind, though, and tried his best to make me happy. My soft brake is still not fixed, but they let the state inspection pass anyway. I would recommend this shop mainly because of the owners kindness and willingness to resolve the customer complaints.

Scheduled an oil change for two cars at 8AM on a Monday and when we showed up (After a 20 minute drive), they told us their techs called out and we have to reschedule. They rescheduled one car for later that day at 1 PM and my car was not finished until 2:15 PM (Oil changes take 20-25 minutes). We took my other car the next day for 1 PM appointment. Luckily, I called 20 minutes before just to make sure it is still on and they told me they are really behind (they were not going to call and let us know about this). They told us to get the car to the shop at 1:30 PM and they would take it right but, but they did not even take it back until 2:15.Overall a really bad experience and it just seems they tell people what they want to hear to get the car to the shop.

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END OF THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Over a month ago, I took my car to get new tires put on. I made a 10am appointment on March 30th. When I brought my car to their facility, I spoke with one of their employees, Kyle Darcy. He assured me my car was in good hands and my new tires would be put on without issue. Later, at 2:45 pm I realized they still had not contacted me about picking up my car and they are closed at 3:00 pm on Saturdays. When I called, Kyle told me my car is on the lift, and almost done. He said they were working late and my car could be picked up after hours without issue and they would call me when it was completed. At 4:30 pm I still had not received a call so I called them again. I was then told by an attendant of the gas station that my car was ready and I could come pay and pickup my car. Upon picking up my car, I noticed COSMETIC DAMAGE to the finish of all 4 rims. There were scratches and chipped paint all over the rims, it looked like they were dropped and rolled on concrete without tires to protect the rolled edge. I went inside the gas station and I spoke to the attendant Jessica who works as a cashier there. I showed her the damage they made to my rims and she attempted to contact her supervisor. I was then told by Jessica to come back on Monday to speak to the supervisor.On Monday, I returned to Pennsylvania Tire & Auto of Hatboro and spoke with Kyle. He came out and looked at my car and apologized for the damage he and Pennsylvania Tire & Auto of Hatboro caused to my rims and that they would have either a repair or replacement solution for me by the end of the day.2 days later, I still did not hear from Kyle Darcy so I called him and he said he has a rim repair shop that would come to Pennsylvania Tire & Auto of Hatboro and perform a spot repair on my rims while still on the car in their lot. I told him this is unacceptable to me after having already inquired about the quality and longevity of the various types of repairs with other rim repair shops. I offered to have these repairs done on my own and give them an invoice that they could reimburse me. Kyle Darcy said that his company will not cut a check to a customer and he would get back to me. A few days later, he said he coordinated with Straighten Wheel Repair Shop and I could drop off my car with them and Pennsylvania Tire & Auto would PAY them directly for the FULL COST OF REPAIRS for my rims for the damages caused by their negligence and carelessness.On April 9th, I dropped off my rims at Straighten Wheel Repair Shop to start the repairs. On April 16th, Nick from Straighten Wheel Repair Shop notified me they were completed and they were waiting payment from Pennsylvania Tire & Auto. After waiting 2 weeks, Nick from the repair shop contacted Pennsylvania Tire & Auto to find out Kyle Darcy no longer works there and they had no idea what he was talking about.I then spoke to someone named Chirag at Pennsylvania Tire and Auto, who claims he knew nothing of the damage to my car and that Kyle Darcy was not authorized make payments to Straighten Wheel Repair Shop. He then said they would only make a partial payment towards my rims.From beginning to end, it has been a terrible experience to work with this company. They are negligent, careless, and out right dont care about their customers. They have now decided to not pay the cost of my repairs.As a result, my car has been on jacks in my driveway for over a month now, and Im going to have to pay the $720 to get my rims back, this does not include the cost of $115 for the mount and balance of the tires. $830 later, I will finally have new tires on my car. Thanks, Pennsylvania Tire & Auto of Hatboro.Please do yourself a favor and go any where else but here. They dont care about their customers and give you the run around when they cause damage to your car.
