Update:. Added a star. They were pretty well stocked and a lot of holiday decor. Still out of a lot of balloons that are up on the ceiling. A man ordered like 8-10 different ones and at least 3 were unavailable.-----The store is fine and the staff is helpful. The only reason I give it 3 stars is that they have the big number balloons and they had very few zeroes. Thats probably the most popular number, so I understand theyd be out, but they should stock more since its so popular.

Amazing experience at this place and super quick delivery! I was able to get a dozen helium balloons ready for my husband’s surprise birthday party and it was all nicely arranged and waiting for me when I reached the party place for picking it up. Amazing service and great options in balloons!

Everything party supply is here. Went to pick up mylar balloons which were reasonably priced - I was impressed with the extent of the items in the store. A great resource for decorating and preparing for events. Parking can be a hassle given its right on Lancaster Avenue.

Nice didnt have wat I needed

Last week I entered the store and asked a man standing behind a counter for help. He was wearing headphones playing on his phone and could not hear me. I raised my voice he looked up and motioned with his chin for me to walk further into the store. I placed my order and needed help loading my car and the woman at the main counter was trying to get his attention to help me but he was too busy listening to music? She was helping two people at the same time! When I walked by I yelled thanks for nothing, he looked up and then back down. I came back for the rest of my order and the girl apologized, why Im not sure. Balloons were perfect, staff needs help.

The Party Place is always a pleasant experience! The staff is wonderful and helpful every time, and I’ve never run into any issues with them. The girls are always happy to help and my balloon order was waiting for me when I came to pick it up. I will be returning to the party place for all of my future parties and events!

The selection of items is always excellent. The prices are great, so I come here for all party and Halloween items instead of Target or Michaels. To top things, the service by Katrina is the best; very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

These guys do not mess around! I needed 1000 specialty twisting balloons on 12 hours notice and even Amazon couldnt fill my order and theyre cyborgs. Partyland didnt blink they went the extra mile for me they knew exactly who to call exactly what I needed and they had it to me first thing in the morning. Ive never had a problem solved so effectively.

Teenage boys helping me were ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Girls in back stared without assisting me. My daughter and I were shopping for her birthday party- and I did not have the best time. The store is dirty, poorly lighted, and hideously organized! Worst of all was manager KATHLEEN. The audacity of herself to be so rude to her customers! I will definitely not shop here any longer and will make the 30 minute drive to PARTY CITY!

Everything you could want at decent pricing with ValPak and other coupons always available. Going through a renovation, which is good news because the building is awesome and needed some TLC.

I went into the party place saturday to buy three cards. They seemed really busy, but I was still checked out right away :) awesome service and really great workers!

This place is supposed to be open NOW (10:50 am). No one is answering the phone. Do I have to call WAYNE to get balloons (Tis site is less than a mile from my house)

Horrible service, they popped a specialty balloon that we bought online just for our banquet and refused to take responsibility for it. Lady manager argued and adamantly refused to even reimburse us. Would not be returning this is store.
