I ordered personalized notepads for my granddaughter’s graduation gift. First, I didn’t get the size I ordered. They were suppose to be 4x6 and when picked up they were 3x5. Second, they said they would call when ready. Gave them 2 separate phone numbers. My husband finally called them. I’ll never use this business again.Upon learning of my dissatisfaction of my order they called me immediately to rectify the situation. They redid my order immediately to my complete satisfaction. My granddaughter absolutely loved the personalized notepads.I will definitely recommend them to others.
