The team at this store is fantastic. Anthony, Drew, and everyone on staff have been so easy to work with and always willing to help. They hooked us up with our new bikes and have been really accommodating in answering our questions or giving us tips on the new bikes. Highly recommended for their top notch customer service.

These guys are the best! They know their way around all types of bikes, not just Trek, so our whole family can bring our bikes in to be serviced. They also went above and beyond when helping my 81-year-old dad buy a Trek e-bike, bringing it to him in downtown Philly because he otherwise couldnt get it home (and we couldnt help him because e-bikes are too heavy for our rack). BTW, he LOVES his new bike- it has opened up a whole new world for him.

I had such a great experience buying my first electric bike with Anthony, the store manager, who made sure that I was completely comfortable with my new purchase before leaving the store. He really took the time to explain everything I need to know, and went above and beyond to help make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They also have a great selection of bikes, and if it’s not in store, they’ll help you get it. Worth visiting even if you’re just thinking about getting a bike and want to ask questions. We made it to the store at 5:40 on a Friday afternoon, when the store closes at 6. Never once did they make me feel rushed, instead they walked me through the features of my bike, prepped me for my test ride, and then walked me through items that I would potentially need for my bike. They then installed the items I purchased onto the bike and saw us on our way. All along the way they were all extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I only wish I lived closer to the shop so I could utilize them in the future. Was a perfect experience from start to finish!

I recently bought my second bike (Trek Domane SL6) from Anthony and his team. The service is as always top notch. They go above and beyond. Excellent customer service. I am closer to other bike stores, however I always make my way to Ardmore.

I reserved an Emonda SL 5 bike online at the Ardmore Trex store. I received a message that the bike was in the box and shortly after another message that the bike was available for pick up. After driving for 1 hour I received a call that the bike was still in the box. I explained that I lived 1 hour away from the store and asked what time can I pick up the bike. I was told the bike was in the box and that it would take a couple of hours to assemble. I asked again what time can I pick up the bike and was told sarcastically 4pm. This is not my idea of good customer service. My 2 hour trip will now be 4 hours.

Great experience! Anthony and his staff at Trek in Ardmore spent quality time helping me find the right bike! They measured me to make sure my bike would not only be comfortable for me but also safe! They helped with adjustments to the seat and personalize the bike with lights, kickstand, and water bottle holder. Everything was done right there in one place and one visit. It was too good to be true! They also helped size me to the perfect helmet- it wasn’t in stock so they shipped it to my house! The staff at this location are so kind and knowledgeable I learned so much from my one visit even as a novice rider!

Drew and his team were awesome and made my wife feel right at home with her new Vere+ 3 step through as we drove from Leesburg Virginia to get the bike. Anthony was very helpful. I couldn’t have picked a worse weather day to test ride the Trek electric bikes. It was cold and rainy but he still made it easy by bringing the bikes outside and making it easy to understand the differences of each model. Extremely profesional and effective!!

This review is not about the bikes or accessories for bikes. I use Sidestix, which are custom forearm crutches. The hand grips are bike handles that help spread the body weight. My old handles we made of cork and rubber and were in need of replacement. I cant remember if the guys name was Ryan or not but he suggested their Bontrager Satellite grip set. Besides fitting perfectly, which didnt happen with the other set, they are really comfortable. Thanks!

Service level 2 package + new Cassette, Chain, cables. All that was stated would be done was completed with the highest level of success. Under close inspection of my bicycle it was obvious in today’s market (2020 in the main line) the price to value was well worth using Trek Bicycle Ardmore for my tune-up service + new parts. The expertise of their mechanics and method of going over the bike in front of you during the in-take is inspiring and confidence building. A two week wait was challenging but also serves as proof of the trust so many others also have in this Ardmore location. Highly recommended

Very helpful staff. Ordering over the phone was very fast and easy. They were patient while answering my questions. Pick up was so easy as well. They held the bike for a few days until I was able to go and pick it up. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing bikes and amazing service.

Great service! I had a problem with my rear disc brake and my wife needed new tires for her bike. The technician did the job well and went above and beyond to lube some of the gears and derailleurs while I was waiting. He discounted the fees for the service which I wasn’t expecting. All in all a terrific experience.

The guys there took the time to answer my questions and fit me out with exactly the right bike. I needed a handlebar extension and by the time I arrived they had it on and had guessed the right setting just from their careful listening on the phone. It was almost an hours drive for me but well worth it.

Picking the right Road bike as I pick up riding with my sister after 30 years of not riding was challenging to say the least. Through their support I was able to Train and then complete the Ride for Runaways and Anchor House from New York to Trenton successfully! I dont usually participate in surveys but the Team at Trek Bicycle in Ardmore is worth taking a few minutes to send a good review. The service at Trek Bicycle in Ardmore is outstanding. I brought 3 Trek bikes in for a tune up. All 3 bikes have been down at the beach and needed some attention. I could have brought the bikes to the local shop at the beach but instead I put all 3 bikes on the rack and brought them to Trek Bicycle in Ardmore because the team is so professional and knowledgeable about the bikes. While i was waiting, Anthony (who is amazing) suggested I drive an E-bike. I loved it. I ordered one for my husband as a surprise Fathers Day gift. When I went to pick up the 3 bikes in for repair the E-bike was not built yet. The team built it on the spot while I waited and they didnt want me to put it on the bike rack with the other 3 bikes so they delivered it that night and surprised my husband with it. I can never surprise my husband, so it was a great Fathers Day thanks to the team at Trek Bicycle in Ardmore. Well done! Keep up the good work!

We purchased children’s bikes here, and it was great purchasing experience as they recommended which size would be good, gave us plenty of time to decide and children were able to try out which one to get (size and color matter so much!) was so patient. after one day of purchase, my son fell badly to one side, and we needed to get it fixed right away, we were relieved that we can go back to the trek, and we were right, they fixed it right away. They knew exactly what was going on. thank you Trek we will come back!

I looked for a bike at several shops in the Philly area. All were helpful but Trek Ardmore was the best hands down! From start to finish it was an excellent experience, especially for someone who is just trying to get into riding. Jim helped me find the right bike for my needs and goals, never pressuring me to invest more than I needed. The bike was built and ready for me to test ride exactly when agreed upon (which was not the case in other shops). I am very happy I gave Trek Ardmore a try and purchased my bike there. I received help from three people there, all of whom have kindly helped to get me back on a bike!

Anthony Hennessy at the Trek Ardmore store has been very helpful throughout the entire process of selecting and purchasing a new road bike. Having ridden an Italian steel bike for the past 30 years, I began thinking about making the switch to a carbon frame and I had seen some nice bikes from Trek when I was in the store buying a bike for my wife and son. I had zeroed in on the Trek Emonda series, but in consultation with Anthony about my riding habits and goals, he steered me toward the Domane series because of its endurance frame design which guarantees greater comfort and the ability to ride on both paved surfaces and crushed gravel trails. Anthony was extremely patient, answered all my questions, and got me set up and riding quickly. He also did not try and push a more expensive group set or a higher priced carbon frame, something I greatly appreciated.After ten days of daily rides with the new bike, I can say that Anthonys recommendations were spot on. The bike fits and rides really well, and I can see myself enjoying it for years to come. Thanks Anthony.

Anthony was awesome at Ardmore Trek. I came in to upgrade my ride and he started off with the best questions: “Tell me what you like about your bike, and what you don’t.” That lead to a great discussion of features. Anthony clearly knows his stuff, and didn’t even suggest the most expensive models until I asked to check them out. Super friendly and professional staff all around and they participate in charity buy back programs of old bikes. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’d put thousands of miles on my old bike but felt like I was in good hands picking out the next bike to carry me thousands more. Highly recommend. Go check them out!

I am in love with my new Trek FX2 and the staff at the Ardmore store was incredible!!! Mia was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed just as excited as I was to set up my brand new bike! Helpful and friendly.

I had a great experience at Trek, just as everyone at my gym told me I would. Daniel patiently answered 500 questions, some general, some specific, many idiotic. I test rode 4 different bikes without making a decision, and when Trek didnt have in stock the bike I thought I wanted in my size, Anthony ordered it for me with no commitment on my end. I found my perfect bike, and once Trek does the fitting, I can ride it into the ground so they can do the maintenance. Love this place!

Trek Bicycle Ardmore has always left me better than satisfied and it’s why I’ll always go back and drive past other shops to get there. Good people work here, and it’s obvious that they enjoy their jobs and want to fix problems for people. They’re knowledgeable and I always feel like I’m in good hands.

I was looking for training wheels for a 20” bike and just popped in to see if they could help. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I purchased the wheels and look forward to returning for general maintenance visits, accessories, and future bike purchases. They have a fabulous selection of bikes, clothing, accessories, and snacks.

Posting this a little belatedly but I went to the Ardmore Trek Store about a month ago to buy a spare tube for my bike and Anthony offered to show me how to change a flat. He spent about an hour with me showing me how to change a tire and then having me do it myself. Great store and fantastic customer service!!

Have been going to this shop for years and highly recommend it! The staff are excellent, friendly and they stand behind what they sell. I bought a non-Trek bike before that went from human zoom to Ardmore Trek and they support the repairs on my bike as though it were a trek. I had issues with breaking spokes, I carry a lot of weight on my bike and they went out of their way to hand build me a new wheel. They gave me a free loner bike that was better then my bike, while the repairs were done. I am a bike commuter and they keep me riding which is great. Awesome job guys!Thanks

Well let’s see. I got a great bike at a great price and they even let me finance it trough a Trek card. I was a little upset that I didn’t get a “pro-fit” with my new bike and just a “sizing and a close fit” All around good experience other than that, would recommend and will go back again.

The team at this shop is the BEST. They not only helped my significant other surprise me with the sweetest mountain bike Ive ever seen, but they also helped me surprise him a few months later. They were able to point out the types of bikes that he had expressed interest in and where super knowledgeable on sizing and fit.
