Drove 45 mins here for absolutely nothing. The employees are careless and don’t make me want to shop around there. Purchased an outfit online and came in store to pick it up and exchange for something else. I told the sales girl I didn’t have the card from the beginning and we’d have to exchange. She returns the whole order and I’m left standing there with nothing. NO APOLOGY.

Every single employee was tasking. No one even looked up to acknowledge me. The person behind the cash wrap wouldnt have spoken at all had I not said i needed to do an online return. Even then she just said yep and the difference will go onto your afterpay account. The coldest most awful energy ever is how I can describe the staff. Also they put my returned item right out on the sale rack... no covid 24 hour air out procedures? Ill continue to order online... oh but she did look up a size for me to see if it was available to order... that was nice of her, i guess.

Just wanted to share the amazing customer service experience I had with one of the associates Heather. I returned an online order to this store location and never received a refund. After calling HQ Customer Service that offered no help, I then quickly called the store location and Heather did everything she could to help! She was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. Love this location and the associates!

Called to inquire about a product and was told it was on stock, when I got to location it was the wrong product.

I walked into the UO in Ardmore Pa today and was highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I walked in and not one person greeted me. At least 3 employees looked me right in the face, barely smiled and walked right past me. Sad part is I was really excited to shop there today. So eventually I left, walked into Francesca’s and felt super welcomed! I spent my hard earned money there instead. I gave 2 stars because the store was well organized :/

Too expensive for merchandise quality

I love the store and clothes and their system too so you dont have to wait in the checkout line to pick up an online order thats already paid for.

Much smaller than most other U.O. it tends to get a little crowded but its manicured and laid out well...staff so very helpful, my only issue is they are jamming SOOOO much stuff onto a rack it is too tuff to get thru....and the lighting in the sale section is horrendous...sadly.

Love all the Retro items. What a trip down memory lane! Long live vinyl LPs.
