Had an AWESOME experience with Matthew and another guy working the counter. They were extremely polite, helpful and professional. I asked them the name of their manager who wasnt there that day. They said Nicholas. Nicholas if you are reading this, give these guys a raise.

After having about 3 bad experiences in late 2019 with gamestop I have not been back but I decided to swing by today. I was looking for something specifically for my brother and Im not to knowledgeable on all of this but Nicholas was extremely helpful extremely polite and he for sure knew his stuff when it came to this store definitely 5 out of 5 stars will be back again.

This is a great place to shop! A wide selection of merchandise and awesome prices!Every time I come in here Im cut a great deal, no matter what Im buying. In addition to more-than-fair pricing, the environment is welcoming and chill. I have will continue to recommend to all my friends.

The customer service was incredible. Dont even know the guys name but kudos. Im a trucker passing through and even still they didnt stop till my situation was satisfactory and stayed a little late for me. I have been to all 48 states and have seen their commitment to a happy customer mirrored almost never in anywhere I have been.

I know these guys! Great store and friendly. The only thing you need to know is that if you want a new and unused copy of a game, you need to ask for it specifically. Other than that, youll get a used copy if they have any in stock (thats how they make money). However, I do not suggest buying a refurbished system. Not greeted when I came in, people looked like they would rather be dead than helping. Then after waiting 10 minutes just to see if I can buy a used game, the person whose register isnt open is helping customers, and they completely ignore me. I can see why everyone is buying online and avoiding retailers now.

Always seem to have what Im looking for and customer service was great as usual.

The dudes are extremely helpful and very courteous. Will definitely return again.

I was having a problem with my system and made a call to Game Stop. I think the guys name was Wesley. He was very professional and took time to help me. I was impressed and plan to use them in future.

I can get all the merch I please and not get judged for it. Happy place. Everytime I go in with my boyfriend, he sparks up a conversation with one of the guys who works there. Ive only ever had good experiences at this gamestop, but I spend too much money on My Hero Academia merch.

Shouldnt even give them a Star. Worst place ever had to call corporate on them they stole $30 on a pre order I had pre ordered Battlefield 1. Sowing me stuff on computer that Ive never ordered then manager after an hour in the back shows me the computer screen says I cancelled Ive never cancelled it . He was probobly in the back changing stuff around. They didnt even have my address correct.And I even showed them a reciept of the pre order. Then after o leave 20 minutes later they had the audacity to call me and say my game is ready to pick up from pre order and I hear one of the coworkers Laughing in the background. GameXchange is where everyone in Ardmore Oklahoma should go there they are kind and polite. I will be getting my refund back GameStop
