Small selection of items and usually there is a long line at check out, although the long line varies. Ive been to other Dollar Trees and there always seems to be better selection of items at other stores compared to Ardmores store. But all in all a good store.

There isnt a whole lot of items in this store. The one in Durant is much better.

Wonderful dollar tree! Great products and also masked and spaced! I was not worried. I found what I was looking for as well as a few things that pleasantly were there. My daughters love this particular store also!

I design floral arrangements and look forward to each new shipment of flowers received at the dollar tree.

I love dollar tree, I think its great for seasonal decorations/treats, as well as the party supplies are fantastic. School supplies are a good deal. Most other things from dollar store are great as well, its a cool concept for a store. However, this was the worst dollar tree I have ever been in. Not only were the shelves minimally stocked, it looks like even if fully stocked this location does not have much of a selection. The store had empty boxes and trash spread around. The worst thing was there was only one cashier, and the whole time I was in the store ( 1:30 pm) she was the only employee I saw. The line was at one time 12 people long, I saw one person abandon her basket, and leave the store. Everyone else only had handfuls of items so they endured the wait, however the cashier while being the only one, was also incredibly slow.

I have been going more to this store now since COVID-19 started. The manager is wonderful and there is a certain lady who I want to write my review about. Her name is Anna she is a cashier. She is always so kind and friendly. When I ask for help with things she is always there to help me answer all my questions and has helped me with all my needs EVERY TIME I go into the store. All the employees are wonderful and they do such an amazing job BUT Anna always asks me how I am doing and if I found what I am looking for. Today I went in and it really made me feel good knowing how she cares for her customers, she treats everyone so kindly and greets them with a warm welcome. There are certain things I would go in to other stores but I have been shopping here more often because of Anna and her wonderful service. This is why I am giving a 5 star review I would give her more if I could because she goes over and beyond for her customer.

I dont like that they close so early now. Its understandable though. The cashiers are always so nice, and friendly.

Their stock is low which is expected during the holidays but just giving an honest review

This used to be a good place to go for me but now they dont have hardly anything I go there for. So its a wasted trip. Plus they say you have to wear a mask but lots of people there dont & that makes it hard for people like me who are trying to protect yourself to shop there.

There was a black woman named Debra and she was an absolute angel. Went above and beyond to assist me and with a smile and positive attitude. I truly appreciate all of my experiences with the staff here, the kindest people you would even meet honestly

I went in to turn in an application for employment and actually stood there waiting to talk to her and she went into her office and ignored the fact I was there. Well went back in today to get something and the hiring manager talked to me like I was dirt. She had this snobby attitude and absolutely the crappiest customer service. So disrespectful. And I was super nice! I would recommend shopping there but not trying for a job.

I love Dollar Tree. They have some of everything and its priced to move! The cashier was friendly and professional.

10 people in line the manager is have a chat with a friend. Not really caring about providing service. When I checked out I was handed my bag and went on my way. When I got home I discovered that I was short 5 out of the 11 items I purchased. I phoned and asked the manager what could she do? She replied with a lukewarm apology and told me that I could either come back and pick the items up or she would just put them back on the shelf. I wont ever go back to that store I would rather pay a bit more for decent service. I will advise all of my friends that they really need to check their bags and dont depend on the cashier to insure you get everything you pay for. I also noticed that the store was a bit disorganized and dirty.

The carts tgat at this store are unsanitary my 9 month old and i and her mother grossed out by the smell of the hand rail on the xart that smells of feces. Also there restrooms have been out of order for quite some time.
