I called Jims Garage Door Repair to get my garage serviced and for them to fix a small problem I have been having with the garage. A tech was able to come out 2 days later. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about our garage and answered any questions that we had. I highly recommend this company for any of your garage needs.

Jims Garage Door Repair is the best! They have repaired my garage doors a few times and when we finally had to replace the motor, they gave me a great deal. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend these guys!

I called the office which is local to me (2.8 miles) in Ardmore and scheduled an appointment for the next day. 2 guys showed up from All Townships Garage Doors, not Jims Garage Doors. I knew the motor needed replacement so expected that analysis. They replaced the motor assembly with a new Liftmaster 8350 elite which they pushed pretty hard for me to buy. It took them slightly less than 1 hour to complete the job. The labor cost was $300.00. When I challenged that, they said it was only $150 per person! Still an outrageous price for this type of work in my opinion. They did offer the discounted price of $600 total if I paid cash. The work was performed efficiently and professionally although there were some greasy fingerprints still on the motor when they left. Again, the work was done well, I just believe the labor cost was extraordinarily high. They left a business card which is from All Townships Garage Doors, not Jims Garage Doors. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

David from Jims Garage Door Repair came to assess and provide a quote for my garage door which got damaged while backing the car out. He ended up fixing it. Instead of replacing the bottom panels he fixed the dents which saved me a big amount. No doubt I am keeping his phone number for any future needs and for any recommendation.

I highly recommend these guys! I called on a Sunday to leave a message but actually talked to a human that answered the phone!! They scheduled my appointment for Monday morning. The Service Tech called me on Monday to let me know the approximate time that he would arrive. He then called again to let me know he would arrive in 30 min.
