I attempted to order a pair of their gardening gloves for my mom for Christmas (using their FedEx “Smart Post” option) and never received them. I had to find the tracking number only to find that they were supposed to have already been delivered when my roommates were home. I contacted Stonebreaker 3 times by phone and 3 times by email to no avail. At the very least, I wanted information for FedEx’s proof of delivery and possibly some recourse. I wish I could give a review of their highly recommended gardening gloves. In a year where finances were tight for everyone, the feeling of wasting $30 wasn’t great.
