Very easy to order exactly the machine that you want online. There is no confusion about the dates it will be on rent and its easy to extend the contract when needed.

Requested a 2pm or latwr drop off but driver called 9am ish saying he was dropping off in 20 mins. My work site was unmanned and locked and I had to adjust plans

Horrible customer service, waited an hour in the loading zone just to get told the equipment wasn’t available. This is after they gave us faulty equipment the day prior. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING buissness here

Rented a dozer for a week. Delivery was punctual as promised to the GPS coordinates I gave them. The JD 450K Dozer did have an issue after 2 days of usage and they couldnt fix it, so they delivered another dozer the next morning (Saturday) and added a free day to our rental. Everyone was very responsive and helpful even on Saturday when the new dozer arrived. I was very impressed with the customer service, the ease of scheduling the online rental, the driver was very helpful as well.

This place is a joke just simply stay away, promised one thing to be told another then when you could make something else work then that’s not an option now either. This is ridiculous any other place will bring in what you need if you call they just say sorry don’t have it.

Wouldn’t even give them one star, if I didn’t have to pick one. I had rented a dozer, for a week, and on the first day already needed someone to come out to fix it. Day two and three, same thing. Eventually by the fourth day they decided to bring me a whole different dozer. That dozer had broke down within a day, so they finally got it fixed. I used it, and got what I needed done, but had a branch make a small hole in the hood. Now they are trying to charge me $4500 for that damage. This place is hands down the worst rental place ever. Don’t ever do business with Dale... Also, the voice recorded message to this business says I’m only responsible for 10% of the damage.

Always friendly, and never had an any problems. The equipment is in good shape and has helped us DIYer’s get a lot done ourselves, and saved of a lot of money.

Every one is very accommodating.
