The Ardmore Oklahoma lot has a salesman Sergio Quito’s. On February 13 2021 we had an issue with our contract the numbers were changed. Went in to discuss this he said we could just leave he could sell that house to someone else. Don’t be that someone else he is a disrespectful person who thinks he holds all the cards. Find another lot if you want Solitaire.

Very expensive and only 1 double wide on lot.

Serjio at Solitaire in Ardmore is the worst salesman possible refused to honor the first price he gave us. Then told us he would just sale it to someone else. Said we were put on the do not sale to list. All this because we wanted them to honor the first price give to up and the price the lender had cut the check for. By the way the manager did not help either. Worst lot ever and when my wife posted they blocked her as they will me because they dont want you to know the truth

These people are the best! They would jump through flaming hoops to help you buy your dream home and, unlike car lots, you never feel cornered or suffocated buy pushy salespeople! The homes are all SOOOOO nice.

Me and my husband just wanted to look without a salesman so we can discuss the trailer, but the salesman pushed himself to walk with us and he never really talked to us and then he started talking to other people and being rude never apologized for talking to other people when he was talking to us, thats ok we will take our business to Denton Tx to look for a double wide, Ive always wanted to stop and look at your double wide there in Ardmore, Ive never been rushed to look at single wides before in my life, we are going to Palm Harbor homes, thanks

My husband and I were shopping for a home. They were too expensive. They are nice homes, but they couldnt give a warranty of more than a year. If they are as well built as they say they are, they should be able to do better than that.

Salesman took the time with us when we really had no idea what we wanted, not quite ready to buy but this will be our first consideration. Quality of homes and selection appeared excellent.
