Will not use this shop again, brought my bike in to just have tires installed, went to pick it up and had no front brake, after explaining that it worked when I brought it there, she told me that Her mechanic said He had to help me unload it off my trailer cause the brake didnt work, then proceeded to say I was lying about it. Their mechainc wasnt even near my bike until I rode it into their shop. Dont make the same mistake I did, go to somewhere honest.

Call to order tire and the parts lady did not listen to what I was asking for. Needed a 190/50/17 tire and she comes back with I don’t have a 15 in the size... mam I need a 17.... we don’t have that size tube... mam I need the tire not a tube... she comes back to tell me she didn’t have one with a attitude... this is not how you run a parts place. I wouldn’t order anything from these people.... you might get your rights parts.

Would not recommend this business. Ive called in the past and had rude service. I assumed maybe it was a rough day, today I was presented with the same attitude. I asked for service was handed to some quickly. However I was not able to troubleshoot over the phone, they did not seem knowledgeable about anything. When asked if the offer free estimates rather than be turned down with a simple no. I was given a smug attitude for even asking. Business will be taken elsewhere if even drive 150 miles to a reputable business.To respond to their response, it took little to no time for me to diagnose the problem myself rather than have a professional do the work. It costs nothing at most shops to get just an estimate. They get you in just to quote things not even related to you problem and refuse to solve just your issue. To say it was a 10-15 minute call is very innacurate for the 2-3 minutes of rudeness that I was presented with. I understand with covid you have to wrong every penny you can but really as a business your attitude is a very bad practice

Great local motorcycle shop. Can usually get anything I need ordered and in within a few days time. Andrea and Larry are long time riders, have lots of stories to share and just good conversation. Will help you out if you have any questions. Have only ever used them for tires and brakes as far as the mechanic side but I have no complaints. Have used in the past and wil continue to use them as long as theyre there.

You want your rim beat on to change a tire? This is the place. Want to listen to some old condescending Captain Morgan? This is the place. Want to make 3 or 4 trips expecting the job done? This is the place.
