Very unprofessional service. They dont spend any time explaining how to use their equipment, we had to use Google and learn. They will also take money without notifying you so be aware if you give them your bank card
I like Ginger! BUT I do not like their limited products (for example only one style, color & options of Rollater). The worst are the phone calls that were incessant, kept waking me, sometimes calls daily. Couldnt get them to stop so over 6 months ago I blocked their number. I have called and emailed but cant get them to stop. If I check Caller ID to find a phone number, there are Lincare calls by far dominating - filling up - my Caller ID.
Over a month to get a walker for my father and ands nothing! ginger has a nasty attitude when you call her out for not following up and doing her job and giving excuses!
Almost 4 months after the completion of the sleep study they finally called to schedule an appointment. When I asked questions about the cost of the equipment it was priced over $400 more than could purchase online. Lincare told me that if I did not purchase with them and file insurance then my insurance would not cover supplies. All of this is inaccurate. I can purchase independently and file my own claim and still get supplies. When I expressed my frustration with a re-schedule of the appointment I was told I was welcome to go elsewhere. Well, thank you. I will. Owner of Lincare I hope you can help your employees understand that their jobs depend on customers and service - not the dismissive, unhelpful attitude received here.
