The customer service have lowered their standards in quality. When a customer arrives searching for help, they dont need to carry extra problems due to their incapable to resolve and correct a problem with professional attitude. At the end and three hours they noticed the error. But, at what cost...
Terrible. I had many issues with the company due to their wrong doings. The personnel in the office mostly are looking around while customers are waiting to be called. I had to wait for two hours to be attended. And the service they provide (internet etc) are not that great. Im glad I ended my contract with them .

Disorganization is noticeable, there was a lady who arrived at 5:30 pm and they attended to her at 7:00 pm. Thanks to the skinny and short young woman, Claro and groom left the row.
I had never visited the facilities because I pay for everything over the phone. Terrible service. The super rude host when guiding to direct the visit. I was more than 2 hours in the place and they never treated me so I ended up leaving the place. Right off the bat they stopped sending invoices by mail (thats how I prefer to receive them) and my invoice came in a little more than tripled, if it will triple. It should be noted that all customers were angry about their bills and the endless wait. The worst thing is that they have 28 service stations and only 6 employees waiting for the departure time, because they were not working properly. I have never received such terrible service. A star xq does not allow me to give 0.

The people took good care of us, but as always they deceived us by promising that they would help us with our problem which did not happen. I have been waiting for the installation of the internet in my house for MONTH AND A HALF. If it were to charge me a day late, I am sure they would not let me live in the country, with calls, texts and messages day and night.

The reality is that they do not solve anything, it is better to call the call center, since they solve you at the moment. I had never had to visit any Customer Service Center to resolve any kind of situation but I decided to do it thinking that the treatment was the same or better when one called the call center. To my surprise, they dont know how to guide you or explain you, the only thing they can tell you is lets refer the situation. My question is, what the hell is this center for, just for sales? They must close it, total all the time that you waste there waiting so that they do not solve you and you leave without solving anything. I prefer the call center.
