We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Cannon Auto. The staff was friendly, considerate and well versed in what they do which is an indication of five star management. We have a transmission replaced and they gave us but we considered a more than fair price for the installation and it was done in a timely manner. So far there have been no issues with the new transmission although it was a remanufactured transmission from the local Nissan dealer so it wasnt something we purchased from Cannon. If we have any further issues with our vehicle we intend to take it back to Cannon

Let me start off by saying it is these types of experiences with businesses that restores faith in the privately owned enterprise.While traveling cross country (from TX to VA) with my Children my truck began to overheat. Luckily I was 3 miles from both the Ford dealership and Cannon’s. I called Ford first and they stated they were about to close and couldn’t help me, but recommended Cannon’s.I pulled up to Cannon’s about 30 minutes before their closing time. They made sure to stay late and not only make the necessary repair to get me back on the road, but also they checked every possible thing they could to make sure all bases were covered.This is service you can’t put a price on. Even if they wouldn’t have been able to repair my truck, the hospitality, professionalism, and just down right good people there at Cannon’s would have been worth the stop either way.Profesional, honest, affordable, and committed to making sure the customer is good to go. This is what you want in a auto repair shop.Thank you again to everyone there at Cannon’s! I am more than appreciative.

Took my tow hooks, took almost 2 months. Only ran for a day and broke down. Tried to get a tow but then would not speak to me.

Paid 343.00 for an alternator and labor driving less than 25 feet the problem still existed! Took it back again had a feeling it wasn’t being checked so I place paper user tires to see if it had been moved and the same paper was there after leaving my car for 7 hours!
