Needs more experienced technicians with knowledge of 2 stroke engines, CDI boxes and other electrical components other than what comes on a Stihl Brand machine. I called Briggs and Stratton and they were more than helpful when I mentioned my own personal project and was shunned when I mentioned it to J&K. All I needed was advice and possibly a little help. That being said I will never go there anymore!👎
