Clean, tidy and staff was very friendly. Prices were very reasonable.

Great prices on my used class books. However, I just dealt with the rudest lady ever. Sorry short blonde haired lady. Because Ive been unsuccessful in getting my school i.d. printed she was extremely unpleasant about it. Ive gone to get my i.d. twice that it was unable to be printed for whatever reason (i.e. broken machine or w.e, idk. They tell me they are unable so I leave having wasted my time& has money). Again, she was unnecessarily rude as I at least had my regular i.d. and had already ordered online and when just picking up (meaning my identity had already been proven). She didnt need to be rude at all. Im tired of dealing with rude college staff. I. Freaking pay to come to school here. The least the staff could do is be polite or the least the school could do is hire polite staff. Jeez, unbelievable.

Great prices and great gift options

Had to go 3 times. Refused to take care of order because it was 4:25. Too close to closing. Then sold the book that was on hold then had to wait for one to come in.

Pretty okay place. Overpriced like all bookstores are but that aside, pretty okay place.

Very helpful employees!

They werent much help at all. I ended up not knowing anything about the digital books or that I could have rented an actual textbook.
