They were wearing masks and very polite. Great place to get bottled water.

The girl with black long hair is so rude, she has always a bad attitude, if you ask her something she will respond with an unfriendly way.The woman who seems to be the manager’s wife is the worst there. She makes you feel like you’re interrupting her whenever you walk in, never willing to help with your bottles of water.

The staff is super they are all very knowledgeable about all there products and so so kind its like dealing with a life long group of friends

Softwater tank tank leaking for a week. Called last week. Still to busy.

Worst customer service ever! What a joke! Spent close to $100.00 for a vacuum, pole and net and you had to BUY the plastic piece to attach vacuum to the pole and provide your own bolt. What a joke. Funniest part of it all is the employee went to the back to find the attachment and it was right out front hanging, which my husband found within 2 seconds while employee is in back looking for it!

Had what I needed but the 2 girls working have such crappy attitudes it not even funny. When I ask a question and get a snarky remark with a hateful expression on her face, that is just ridiculous.

Never have a single part I need.
