Great place 2 go. Had no idea if I had known I would have left Verizon long ago. And the 2 sales people was well lets say they was human and they didnt act like some1 trying 2 push stuff on u. Im going back 2morrow 2 do another phone. It was fun not a bunch of stress .. And thank you..

I just went into this retail store recently and was really pleased with the customer service and how well they were willing to help.

They are good

Very helpful staff...also the lady who got my new phone set up for me she even remembered my name when I went back several days later with a technical problem...that impressed me a great deal!

Even though the store was very busy the young lady working held her composure thru the entire visit she made sure to speak to everyone in the store every few minutes to make sure we all knew she knew we were there the staff at this location has always been wonderful to work with and cricket service is amazing for the price
