The one person, Dawn, the only one there. We needed 4 different colors of paint. Dawn was very helpful, it was amazing she got the four colors and my daughter was very happy with the colors that she found. They were prefect. Dawn couldnt have done any more to help us. My daughter was having a hard time deciding, Dawn got the colors and my daughter is so excited.

They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I have purchased wood and deck stains there twice in the past two years, and both times they went above and beyond taking the time to help match, make slight adjustments to, and retest the stain on a sample of the wood that I brought in. Their customer service is second to none.

The paint at Sherwin-Williams is the best and the representatives in the Arkansas City Store are too! Thank you!

Before our review I would like to reference that we have shopped in this store for years and been great customers even though they are high on prices.We purchased paint for our restaurant 4 years ago 2013. We had it professionally applied with a local painter/carpenter. It started bubbling and peeling 2 years later. We recently decided to have it repainted and went back to the Arkansas City store where we purchased it. Spoke with jon oak the store manager. He refused to stand behind the products warranty and tried to speculate what happened. We will NOT buy anything else from this store and would not recommend it to anyone.

The sales people really know the product and the coverage of the product. They were able to tell me how much paint I am going to need. They were also knowledgeable of color schemes.
