Sparks is the music store in Kansas. Corrupt Guitar center has been able to have their own brands and have failed! While guitar center is is hugely in debt Sparks is not. When guitar center goes out of business I hope Sparks can sell those brands that guitar center once sold. I have not been able to find anyone as smart as Roger in the music business. I know it is hard to thrive in the music store business but Roger has done it.

Friendliest guys in town! Most knowledgeable, too. They are always more than willing to help, no matter what the issue is. And they always conduct business with a great attitude, neat stories and plenty of good humor!

You cant go wrong purchasing from Sparks Music. I took guitar lessons from the owner as a child and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment from them over the years. Supreme service, top quality products and a fair price. You cant beat Sparks Music. Recently my wife purchased a set of harmonicas for me for Christmas and Roger Sparks wrote her a letter personally to thank her for her business. You just cant get that kind of service anywhere else.

I wasnt sure what to expect when we went in to get a replacement guitar string for my son, but they were so helpful! I had no clue really what I was doing, but they replaced it quickly and helped us find a few more things to help him get started.

Great music store...went it to just look around...bought several things...great selection!

My experience was pretty nice. The person that was talking with me seemed like he was actively searching for the bass I was wanting. And even said that they dont have it but could order it. He also didnt rush me or pressure me to hurry when I was playing around with different basses. This was a younger guy with black hair. The olderones are kinda pushy and even asked if I was really gonna buy a bass. So it depends on who you get.

Extremely beautiful setup for musicians. We had been wanting to go in everytime we have passed thru Arkansas city. Sadly, we were extremely disappointed would the treatment we deserved. My son and my son in law were looking at a few things while I was about 15 feet away, when my son asked about trying out a guitar. She asked him Well do you have money to purchase one?He said I dont have any money but my... she cut him off and said no you may not . I approached the boys and told my son to come look at something. I told him to let me ask. When I went back up to the counter and was waiting on her to come back up there, I overheard her talking to what looked to be her grandson. He asked her if we were getting a guitar and she chuckled, proceeded to say no they are not, theyre poor.I told the guys we were leaving and as we went to go towards the door my son saw some fender hats and was checking them out, she got up, came over and kept her eyes on us the whole time. I dont appreciate going into a business an being made out to be a poor person or like we are going to steal something. Maybe next time, try not to judge someone because a 16 year old boy says he has no money. He was correct, he had no money but his mom sure does!
