Great store and also has a great selection of products. New and old classics. Very friendly staff who is helpful and don’t bombard you with the desperate sales vibe you get from other nutrition stores. Mike was very helpful and I will be returning to this location shortly.

I have been shopping there since 2 years and every time the experience is better. Staff is so helpful to find the right products and points in the right direction. Good deals are highlighted and if any item is out of stock they always helped me to get it on right time. Love them for vitamins needs.

This used to be a great spot to shop for supplements. Smiling faces and outstanding support. Now, after a multiple visit, it seems the new employees showing lack of support, not willing to offer help, I suppose they are too busy watching YouTube on their phone. Some are not in their uniforms in which can be confusing who work at that place. While waiting, I took out my phone and ordered the same products on Amazon with free shipping. Guess this what you get when hired the Millennials.

I shop at this location for at least 10 years and always was happy, until I met Courtney, he is an assistant manager of the store who thinks he is allowed to make a fun of customers questions, be rude and interrupt every time you try to explain something. Absolutely horrible experience, after leaving so much money in there, Im taking my business somewhere else.

My experience at the Arlington heights, il location has always been a good one. All the employees are friendly as soon as I walk through the door. They always check for any discounts or rewards when I am at the register. But today blew my mind. Two days ago I purchased the wrong supplement, and today I went back to the store to purchase a different supplement, and purchase the right supplement that I should have gotten two days ago. As I was waking in I jokingly to the employee there about my goof up and his reply was. No problem bring it back I said but I have use it twice already and he retorted that it was fine that I could exchange it. So i did.

Just like any other vitamin store. You shop they try to upsell you all the time. Friendly and usually quick checkout.

A complete joke. Called to ask whether they have specific vitamins in stock, was put on hold for 10 minutes, the dude wouldnt even respond while i heard him breathing then simply stopped picking up the phone afterwards. Come on now. If you cant be helpful, just say it and dont waste time.

My fav Vitamin Shoppe. Great selection, well organized and the team there is friendly and helpful. I also like the location - near Ulta and TJ so its easy to make an errand trip and grab your vitamins/supps. Manager is great and Mike has been so helpful as my husband swapped pre-workout.Definitely recommend this Vitamin Shoppe.
