An effective evaluation of ones hearing is a complex process, requiring great skill, advanced equipment as well as patience and professionalism by the person performing the tests, evaluating the results and counseling as to need, selection and preparing the hearing aids to meet each persons requirements. The very comprehensive tests were performed by Victoria Western. Victoria was meticulous in explaining the tests and the results and took great care in explaining the results and significance of each aspect of the results. We were fitted with hearing aids that were adjusted to meet the results of our tests and allowed to evaluate the aids. Again, Victoria was extremely professional and thorough in adapting the aids to our circumstances.Her efforts to prepare the hearing aid we ordered were again meticulous and thorough. We are grateful for the excellent service that we received from Victoria and Hearing On Call.

The staff at the Arlington Heights office were incredible. The testing was so thorough I thought it would never end. But it was worth it. I was given a demo to try out before committing so I knew beforehand exactly what to expect. The hearing aid I purchased was tuned almost perfect the first time I used it. Victoria followed up with me to see if I was satisfied, adjusted the earpiece, set up the app on my phone. I had a very good experience with them and Im enjoying the hearing results of qualified professionals.

I got my hearing aids from hearing on call in Cary one year ago. I had a minor breakage on an accessory and went to the Arlington heights office. As always Victoria was great and take care of it immediately. I wish every business had the talent and customer focus as Hearing on call!

Hearing On Call in Arlington Heights is fantastic. The moment I walked in the door I felt like one of the family. I was greeted immediately by the office staff and introduced to others working there. My wait time was non-existent. I was immediately taken back to Victoria’s office upon my arrival like they had been waiting for me! Victoria was the audiologist who was working with me and was recommended by a family member and now I know why. She went above and beyond with her service to me from the very thorough hearing exam to her actually listening to my concerns and expectations with my new hearing aides, something that did not happen at the last place I was at. I did not feel like she was just trying to sell me something but that she was a professional in her field and truly wanted what was best for me.  She gave me many options and laid out the pros and cons of each one based on my hearing loss, technology interest, and budget. She worked closely with my insurance company to make sure I knew exactly what was covered and what to expect.  However, the service did not stop there! I was allowed to take home a pair for a week and try them out to see if they were a good fit for me.  Victoria followed up with phone calls to see how I was doing as well. Upon receiving my hearing aides, Victoria again sat down with me like she had all the time in the world for just me. She tested them again to make sure the settings were correct and then walked me very carefully through the care and cleaning of my new devices. I knew that once I walked out that door, I could call with concerns or questions and they would be answered immediately.  I cannot recommend Victoria at Hearing on Call enough! You will not be disappointed!

I left a component of my hearing aids at home in Wisconsin, meaning I was not hearing anything for the Thanksgiving weekend. Ted drove to meet me and resolved my issue, even though I am not one of his regular clients. I will now be able to enjoy the grandkiddos this holiday. Thanks Ted!!!

Hearing on Call is a quality place to go for help with hearing aids or to purchase them.Victoria is the person I saw for assistance. Do you want to deal with a very talented, honest man, then you want to meet Ted Nevov. Ted never gives up and does not have any peace until he has made a difference in your hearing. I did not buy my hearing aids from Ted, but that had nothing to do with the excellent service I received. In fact, if I had purchased my identical hearing aids from him, they would have cost me a lot less money. Hearing can be such a problem, but to know there is hope when you see someone like Ted, is very comforting.

Hearing on Call is awesome! I bought a set of Signia Hearing Aids online not knowing servicing them would be very difficult. I tried to get my hearing retested, and fix an issue with my hearing aids blue tooth capabilities at two other hearing facilities. The first hearing place I went to was recommended by my doctor. In fact, the hearing doctor was in the same building as my primary care physician. This Doctor absolutely refused to let me see my hearing test and also refused to compare my older hearing test for comparison. I had a three year old test I was trying to compare to my new test, I wanted to see if my hearing was declining by comparing the new to old test. I then tried another hearing facility that signia customer service said was a licensed Signina Hearing Aid facility. But they wanted $500 for three year service deal and would not let me take just a hearing test first. It was so frustrating, I went months without a new hearing test, or my blue tooth issue on my Signia Hearing Aids fixed. Then I tried Signia Customer Service one more time and they recommended Hearing on Call Located in Arlington Heights Illinois. I made an appointment and met with Victoria. I must say I was skeptical. Let me assure you, that feeling will go away Immediately the second you meet Victoria. She did my hearing test for $50 no strings attached. Victoria then compared my new hearing test to a hearing test I got 3 years ago. She went over each test completely. I actually felt bad the cost was so reasonable for the time she spent with me. Talk about getting your moneys worth. She then proceeded to help me fix the issue with my Signia Hearing Aids at a price that’s was so fair, I could not believe it. Absolutely fantastic people, first time there buying new hearing aids and had a little problem with the aids but Victoria and Ted went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied when all was finished. This is Carol Heimann speaking. I have just recently purchased my hearing aids from Ted at Hearing On Call. I cant say enough what a wonderful experience this was. Ted has been so patient with me. It has taken me awhile to come to a decision. He never made me feel pushed to purchase. It was all about making sure I was getting what I needed. My first meeting there he explained what models and manufacturers were out there and what he carried. Then I had a hearing test that was so inclusive. It was the most thorough exam Ive ever had. When I left that office I felt sure Ted had complete knowledge of my hearing capacity with all the details.He knew what I needed and then we started working on the model that I was most comfortable with and served me the best. His staff was just as kind and thorough as he was. I always looked forward to going there.In addition the pricing was almost half of what I was quoted elsewhere.Before I had made my decision I had a loss of hearing in a very short time.
