Called to get information on a water heater and talked to Brian, whom spent a lot of time explaining in detail the best solution for my issues. Its customer service like this that is so fleshing. Not only was he well versed but also professional and personable. Interactions like this let me know I can trust Moore supply. Will do business with them again and again

Its too bad you are too busy to get out of your chair and actually help a customer find a specific item they have described to you. I guess if you dont have and an appointment and have been sent to the showroom by a builder then they dont want to take the time to help you and your money is no good here. That was the attitude presented to me in the show room on a pop in visit. Thankfully there are other places that give excellent customer service, but this is not one of them

Twice this week, Moore Supply has come to our rescue! The special order sinks that we needed were on back order and our supplier was telling us they wouldnt arrive until the end of the month. First Brian and then Francisco, made it happen for us. Extra kudos to Francisco for finding a sink locally that NO ONE can get for another week or so.
