Love this place! The owner and staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful whenever I come in Love the selection and layout of store. I can find what I need easily. Plus, your friendly staff makes sure that I can find anything else I need!

I always have a great experience shopping there. The owner is very sweet, helpful and never follows you around the store. I wasnt locked inside nor harassed to hurry and buy. She is knowledgeable about her products, prices are good and the selection is plenty. One of the things I love about this store is the owner can and does use the products!!! She was talking to another customer about a product and gave her opinion on the performance of the product. I want someone who can understand what I need and can give an honest recommendation. You cant get that at these other establishments. I will happily drive miles just to shop there.

We were immediately greeted upon entry. The store is not huge but its clean, well organized, and they carry many black owned brands. The prices are reasonable and comparable to those around the area.The best part was I walked in and I did not feel like I was being watched. It was a very comfortable shopping experience. And when I asked questions about products, I got honest answers and recommendations. The customer service really set it apart from many other beauty supply store environments.

Nice & clean store. Just wish there was more hair jewelry for locs. I was able to purchase two silk bonnets and some hair beads that were a little overpriced from whats usually charged. I get it though! I had a pleasant customer service experience... was greeted coming in as well as leaving. Ill have to go check out Addisons location one day. 💗

This place is very well stocked on products. However, they have a very small selection of hair jewlery, beads, and barrettes. Even so, the accessories they do have are a little more pricey. Overall its a nice store

I am not from Texas. I went to this hair store that is black owned which I love. And Jasmine helped me very much with the decisions I made with everything I purchased. I suggest if you need to get to a hair store this is the one you go to.

I was elated to find a black owned beauty supply so close to my home! When I visited the store, it was so clean and organized. The employee working at the time was so bubbly and friendly. I was happy to see that there was a nice variety of products and that they carried a product line Im currently getting into (TGIN). Ill definitely be back! Although I like that it is a black owned business, they dont have as much of a selection. If you guys are going to take pictures of products make sure you actually have those product and fully stocked. In your picture you have 7 different Jamaican Oil products but when I go to the store. The only had the Lavender one and only 2...

After seeing the store advertised on Facebook and going so far as to like them (site unseen), I decided to pop in for a visit. I was not disappointed. The store is clean, organized, and well lit. The young lady at the counter was so helpful. I showed her a picture of my kiddo and asked for product recommendations. She showed me a product and explained how to use it. I cant wait to try it and see the results.Prices are no higher than other beauty supply stores and the customer service is superb. Unlike many other beauty supply stores, no one follows you and treats you like a thief.

First time stumbling upon this place while I was in route to a different beauty supply. To be honest, I was a little excited at first, but once I actually entered the store it turned bad really quick. Whomever the lady working (tall and had afro puff) showed no customer service. I have worked retail for over 15 yrs so I know how to speak and treat customers. She acted like she was in a bad mood and didnt care to listen to what I had to say. I was very friendly to her, but clearly she wasnt feeling me BOTHERING her while she was stocking unless I was actually checking out. Maybe she was in a bad mood....I just wont be going back. Im good with Jennys down the street. I tried to support. Didnt work in my favor. They also didnt have the hair I needed. Do better with treating everyone the same. We are paying customers. Remember that.

I like that it’s black owned however I bought the wrong hair thinking it’s fine I can return it. There are no exchanges or returns here so be careful with what you buy because there also isn’t much of a selection

Came here yesterday for the first time and this place is fantastic! Everything is neatly stocked, I found exactly what I needed right away and I got to meet the owner as well who was very kind and also recommended some other black owned businesses!

I visited this place because I needed to ship some hair products to my hometown in Michigan. So I stopped here because I had heard of BPolished once in a group of Female Owned Businesses in DFW that I network with and its close to the post office.However, because I am an Associate Producer of a local television show I researched the business checking for buzz to possibly invite the owner or rep to the show. There was a lot of people posting to rep BPolished on a Facebook page for Jennys Arlington over and over again with comments to visit BPolished instead and Support Black Owned Businesses. I support BOBs as much as I can, but its because of experiences like stated below that makes it hard..I never had a rude or bad experience at Jennys Arlington nor Supreme Hair and Beauty. I am greeted coming in and leaving everytime, given info on specials and told if I need help to just ask.I arrived at the BPolished, after walking in I shouldve walked right out. I wasnt greeted not even a hi even though there was eye contact. As a first time customer, I meandered around the store, there was great quality products and plenty of stock, but I never was asked ANY questions or asked if I needed any assistance. When I asked for a price on some items it was mildly rude but the attitude and lack of customer service changed my mind of purchasing the items. Then I asked if a certain product was carried. When given my total it was very rude, upon completion of the transaction there was no thanks, have a good day, bye, get out, dont come back etc. nothing. Her attention stayed with her phone though during my visit.Lastly, When I was leaving a female customer came in ..she wasnt greeted either which confirms it wasnt just me. Just so happen I wasnt working my weekend job as a Mystery Shopper because this place would have got a Zero because of her. I hope she was not the owner. Customer Service is everything! Sometimes retraining is required. Again, for quantity and quality it appears to be a great business. I hope this isnt daily that this happens to other customers and for some reason only I experienced this interaction from her! God Bless Its Success.

So, I didnt know there was a black owned hair supply store in Arlington. Im not giving my business elsewhere anymore. BPolished is pricey, however, good hair care products usually are. No more going to the Asian owned businesses being followed and feeling unwelcomed and being serviced by my brown sisters (Lantinas) that know nothing about our hair and hair products. In a lot of the Asian owned hair supply stores were not even hired as employees. Walking into this establishment I was greeted. I asked for advice and was able to recieve recommendations based on experience and knowledge for both my hair and product.The store is very well organized, its a small store so theres not a large selection of items, however theres a good selection. I definitely recommend others to shop here. Even if you do not do all your hair, supplies and accessories shopping here, Im sure there is a product(s) you could use & enjoy.I 🙏🏿 the business continues to thrive!

I just found out about this black owned beauty supply today. Since I was in the area I decided to go check it out, and when I say I was not disappointed...at all! The owner is so friendly and nice and the staff was as well. They have a lot of all the natural hair products you’ve heard about. I can’t wait to try the products I purchased and see what the results are like. I recommend anyone with natural hair to go check out BPolished Beauty Supply.

Be very careful Patronizing this owner she does not refund or exchange items I went to her store for the first time and asked for a moisturizer for my blonde hair she proceeded to recommend two products that I could use I purchased the products on her recommendation took them to the shop for my hairstylist to use when shampooing my hair only to be told that these two products can only be used on natural hair with a curl pattern of locks I went back to the store to try to get a refund or at least an exchange she would not do either so that’s fine I will not be patronizing the store andI will tell everyone I know of color in that area not patronize the store I don’t have an issue with you not issuing a refund but since I purchased it at your professional suggestion you should At least issue a exchange this is one of the reasons small business have such a hard time Surviving I was so excited to see a women of color with a business selling products we need if this is the way you Choose to run your business I’ll just take my money elsewhere if I could have given negative stars I would have

I was excited to come here and then I got followed around the store by the employee, even though you can clearly see the entire store from the front (I’m very tall). I still made a purchase but probably won’t be back.

This is a great hair store, the staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I was able to grab some great products for my daughter who is natural, I have locs so I don’t use a whole of products but I was still able to grab a few things for myself.

First of all, Black Woman Owned which is always a plussss! I walked around the whole store & focused in on the Black Owned products at the front of the store. The owner showed me which products she uses, how long she’s used them, & which ones were local to Dallas. Everything was affordable & I followed them on IG where they post solid content. The store was also superrrr clean & organized which I love. I’ll be getting everything I need from there from now on.
