Always nicely stocked and the employees are so polite!I come here often and they always remember my face and offer to help. Even when they are busy they provide as much assistance as they can.It isn’t hard to find what you need because they stay well organized and they have a decent variety.

Ive been coming here for half my life, never had any issues. But recently I bought some braiding hair, when I arrived at the salon the stylist told me the hair was plastic and I couldnt use it. I went back the next day, to inform them they recommended and sold me bad/fake merchandise. The cashier told me he couldnt take the unopened, covered in plastic hair bundles back because of Covid. Regardless they should not be selling this product in the store and Im out $30. They may have just lost a life long customer.

I shop there once a week been going to this beauty supply for almost 3 years now. Spent $200 worth of beauty supplies their last Friday. The Asian man behind the counter started yelling at me because I wanted to return one item back like rude so disrespectful as if I haven’t been spending money their with them for years!!!!! Never going back!!! Unprofessional!!!

I really like shopping at Crystal Beauty Supply, the wigs are of very good quality, and they have awesome choices for lace front wigs. The owners are very kind and professional, they know a lot about wigs, hair and also hair products. The best beauty supply store in the DMV area.

My go to shop in Arlington only because I dont want to travel to DC however they are overpriced and charge much more for items that you can find on the web much cheaper even though the get them wholesale SMH.....

This is an excellent store. Employees were so helpful to me. I had called to ask if they had certain products. All were available and I asked about two others and they said they could order them for me. Prices are excellent and Sallys has lost a customer due to high prices and poor customer service. Its about 10 minutes from where I live. Please stay excellent!!

NOT THE FIRST REVIEW CONCERNING AFRICAN AMERICANS !If I could give a zero star I would.My husband visited the store today and was asked to leave because supposedly he was not dressed appropriately ! Knowing that he is a regular customer he stops there to buy inexpensive cologne for everyday use the person behind the counter was RACIST and DISCRIMINATING instead of pulling my husband to the side and talking to him privately about their dress code he was just asked RUDLY to leave the premises and come back wearing something else.As I was reading other customers reviews it’s obvious that this is not the first bad review about AFRICAN AMERICANS !!It would have been much appreciated and we have had much more respect if this issue was handled in a better way.

Have had fine experiences in the past but recently I went to replace a product that I was not sealed properly and the manager was extremely rude with me about it. Tried to deny my request and was so nasty in tone and behavior that I wont be returning. After going back and forth he ended up replacing it but why did we have to go through all of that when for a product that clearly needed to be sealed prior to selling. Left the experience feeling very unvalued as a customer.

I couldnt find any other place open and I found them on Google. They were friendly and courtesy and the prices were decent. I will be going back again and there drive was not long coming from Washington DC.

I literally just left this establishment and I was displeased with my visit and this isn’t the first time I felt like this coming here. I went and the man was low key following me around the store and watching me my whole time there which made it uncomfortable to find what I was looking for. I asked him to show me something he tried to lie and say it didn’t look like what I was going for but it actually did. And the other times I’ve been there I noticed they would watch me because I’m African American and there would be somebody else another color in the store and they don’t watch them their every move. I think this will be my last time every going. And they need a better selection of closures frontals and weave nothing is organized for real behind the counter.

The woman and men that are the sales staff know the store products and what is good for your particular needs.Great wigs and hair pieces and tracks. And a small salon that does everything from Hair fusion to dye jobs to Great hair cuts and wonderful weaves. I have used most of the stores many products at one time or another or gave as gifts. Except for the color contact lens, which I am looking forward to using in the future. I have known the owners for many years and they have always been honest and hard working and a great help in getting me or finding what I need my hair and beauty needs. I am glad to have a hair resource like them in my local area.

Used to be a welcoming store that appreciated business. However, no more customer service, wigs are all over priced and claim that a tax on a wig is to be two dollars extra. Cant trust Arabs. Order online! Even the grease is over priced. Will have to take my business elsewhere!!

LOVE this place.... got a fantastic synthetic wig that looks and feels so real. They owners were lovely to me.... Its a small shopped, but packed with tons of stuff besides wigs, extensions, etc.

Poor hair service I would not recommend ever getting your hair done here. They dont clean their stuff and I had a bad reaction to this. And they were very RUDE when I called and told them about my bad reaction to the weave. I would not recommend getting your hair done here at all. I had an appointment and they had a person still doing their hair. & I was waiting for 30 minutes when my appointment was set. The lady didnt even wash her hands before handling any hair. would never come to this place again to get my hair done. The stylist also MADE ME DO MY OWN HAIR. very UNORGANIZED & UNPROFFESIONAL. I wouldnt recommend this place. They also made us reschedule TWO times, because stylist was not ready for Our appointment.

Just moved from ny to dc and couldnt find a decent, AFFORDABLE beauty supply shop (bka; official wig shop) to save my life. Had to google the closest place to my job and the reviews for Crystals aligned best with what Im looking for. Upon arrival I was greeted and I guess you can say courteously escorted throughout my entire experience. This shop is not the largest but the service makes up for whatever they may lack in size. They were patient when I was uncertain and they were accommodating when they offered to assist with my 2 yr old son while I tried on different styles and most of all, they were attentive. Not once did I feel neglected as they greeted and worked with other customers. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I ever had while at a beauty supply store. Best but not least were the decent prices. Thank you Crystal Beauty Supply for making me feel like a queen! See you soon.

5 star isnt even enough ! The beauty supply has everything !! the salon part is amazing. This is the only place ill bring a picture and the girls will be able to recreate the style. I cheated on them a few times and went to different stylist who were closer to me and ALWAYS regretted it.

Im literally sitting in my car in the front of the store now. Upset, I went in to buy (2) items glue which cost a total of 10.58 I gave Mohammed $20 the change I should of received; $9.42 as I left the store I placed my daughter in the car and as I was about to get in the car it hit me that I did not receive my change, but before I went I wanted to double checked my things just to be sure I didnt misplace it: my wrist let, diaper bag (the two items I brought in) and not was in the expect $0.32 and my ID card. So I quickly went told Mohammed that he may have forgot to give me my change because I did not it, he tells me that I gave you, your change. I said sir I dont believe you did because I checked everything and there is no change. He proceeds to tell me that he did. And accuses me of being a liar. Now Ive only lived in Va for maybe three weeks and I am officially convince that Va is worst than NY. I only do business with Asian owned beauty supply stores. Lesson learned. Mohammed thank you for also adding to population of Virginians to make the military move unpleasant. People make mistake its called human error.
