So I had this Cocoa drink in different location and it was good. I’ve never been to this location before.I did not like the drink at all, it wasn’t the same….And one more thing, I DID NOT GET MY BOBA! very disappointed!!

My father and I come here every once in a while and we love it. There is chill music, kind staff, and a covid barrier for safety. This is a great place to just relax and have some boba tea.

What is this? What is a Large .8? Is that their way of telling me that the large is now 80 percent of what it used to be? Price is still the same. Taste is still the same. But definitely not happy with these reduced sized cups.I will give this place a 5 Stars .4

Beware. If your order is wrong or does not taste as it should, they WILL NOT remake it. My drinks were wrong so I asked for something different. After getting permission she proceeded to strain the milkshake into another cup on top of different bubbles. Common sense should tell you that if you strain a milkshake/slushie drink that you change the texture of the drink. So instead of me having a blended icy drink, I have just milk and bubbles. It took 4 times of the girl going back and forth to the back to talk to Im assuming the manager, so after waiting and waiting, I just got my money back and left. All of that time and headache could have simply been avoided by just remaking the drink. All that extra going back and forth took more time then just making a new drink! This was extremely poor customer service! Definitely will not be returning to this location!

Worst bubble tea. I’ve been to many Kung Fu’s and this one just doesn’t do it right. Both my drinks tasted funny and were not enjoyable. Springfield kung fu is supreme

Amazing drinks and service definitely has gone up! The cashier Yi was really sweet and patient with helping me decide my order even though many drinks were out of stock. I can give her 10 stars if I can!

I only go here, when I forget how bad this location actually is. Tea is always over steeped, and taste is off compared to other locations. They close at 10, but always have attitudes to make any drinks after 9pm. Save your money and hit up the local 7 eleven

This location had terrible customer service. Both of the workers sighed as we walked in and didn’t greet us and there was no one there. Just stared at us. If I’m going to spend my money I definitely don’t want to here. And then after standing there while we were looking at the menu, some time later is when she decided to tell us that they ran out of boba. Just a not so great experience.

Used to love this place but they have gotten less accommodating. I used to be able to get the taro milk with water, instead of tea, but now they wont make the substitution.

Best bubble tea I have ever tried. Wish I had Discovered this place sooner. Went for the Fruit Basket limited edition drink and sticker, left a new fan of the restaurant. Definitely will come back here often!

Staff was SO nice!!!! This was my first time trying bubble tea so I had no idea what I was doing, but the woman that helped me was so nice! Wish I had gotten her name! Ended up getting the thai milk tea along with the mango slushie and both were amazing. Absolutely coming back here again, cant wait to try more of the menu!

Much expanded menu and the new Milk cap, salty, is a great addition. I enjoyed both the cocoa and the coffee, both featuring the must have bubbles!Merchant classify as grocery and not a restaurant on the cc bill, in case you are into rewards optimization

Great service, ordered from an app, and they were out of the stock with one of the topping; they directly called me ask if I wanna replace instead of cancel that order.

I have been another location at Tysons corner. Every time I ordered the drink has herbal jelly or bubbles topping without the extra order, they gave me good reasonable amount of those topping ( there’s a make on the cup is for those toppings supposedly to reach for. Due to experience from the Tysons Corner’s stuff.) But every time I went to this location, I have to asked for the extra toppings, I don’t mind to get charged, but the point is still just about to reach the mark on the cup which is so cheap to give you those toppings and charged you more. From this picture, my husband ordered this milk green tea with bubbles. Obviously, the drink wasn’t been filled up until it supposed be. Anyway, I won’t come to this location anymore.

Pretty solid place for boba tea, timely like all other kungb fu tea places. I will always recommend a Hot KF milk tea with boba. Oh, its too hot for it. Listen. Its never too hot to drink hot milk tea. Unless you tried with a straw. Then wait a minute.

First I am normally a big fan of Kung Fu Tea and Ive been here 2 or more times a week.Today I ordered Kung Fu milk tea with bubbles as usual, but for some reason the bubbles have no taste at all😢 This has never happened to me before.I guess the staff forgot to add sugar when they boiled the bubbles.I hope it turns out well next time.

The drinks were really good. However, I ordered two drinks to pick up at 3:10pm and at 3:44pm they werent done. I was waiting inside for 15-20 minutes watching people order and leave while waiting for my drinks to be done. Im not sure if there was a problem with the system of what happened but I was upset that I had been waiting for 30 plus minutes for two drinks.

The boba was delicious and perfect in texture, however my mango green tea was far too sweet and definitely will opt to ask for less sugar in the future. I had to dilute mine with a some water. I will update my rating once I try more of their flavors and less sugar options, but so far the tea is way too sweet for my liking. Not bad if you’re a sweet tooth though, which I am not.

I ordered 3 drinks through the app. This location did not have the ingredients for one of the drinks. I was told by the manager that I would be refunded for it, but never was.

Service has gone down. Order has been off twice now.

The store is so busy that I feel like the employees take the customers for granted. They are curt. The girl has mastered the art of the most subtle eye roll. Unhelpful if you want to try new things and ask question when there is no line. I know they arent the owners because they are always two young people. I would go more often if I knew I wouldnt leave a bit put off.

The tea is good, but its a bit overpriced. I paid almost $7 for a large winter melon milk green tea with bubbles and it was not very large. It was probably the size of a Starbucks grande or a little smaller.

Craving for bubble tea so much and good to know that they are reopened. Photo was taken at 9pm, thats when I normally get the drinks. But they are only doing 12-6 now. Hope they can get back to normal business hour soon.

Really yummy! I personally prefer the milk teas, but everything they make is really good. The rosehip milk tea with boba is my personal favorite. This is great for a snack or refreshing drink. If youre not sure what to order, ask an employee! Theyre usually very happy to explain the menu when they have time. also the drinks are fairly affordable, usually under $4/5.

Super rude staff! The machine to make hot drinks was broken, customers weren’t allowed to use the bathroom, and staff laughed in our face when we decided to go somewhere else to get a hot drink.

I absolutely love that Ive discovered Kung Fu Tea, I never want to be without it! Ive visited their locations in Arlington, Falls Church and in Clarendon (which is essentially Arlington too), and have to say that the service and quality of beverages is consistent at all of the locations Ive been to so far. I love the Lychee Punch & my other go to would be the Mango Slush. There are so many toppings and add-ins that you can do to make your drink to order. Price is decent for what youre getting, the stores are always clean, and there is ample seating and WiFi. Such a cute little hip place for millennials to hang out and get some work done. I love that they have a reward program here, so that you get rewarded with perks on your visits!

They don’t wear gloves nor wash their hands or sanitize it it’s disgusting also the medium size if so small but it’s the same price as the large ones that u can get from other places not worth it

The guy took it 5 minutes to make a poke and it’s like half of the bowl portion. The salad base might just have 1oz vegetable. My milk tea order got wrong too. Go to somewhere else if you crave for poke

Excellent bubble tea with myriad options for customization. I especially appreciate being able to adjust the sweetness. There are caffeine free and lactose free options, too! Always a great treat.

Absolutely delicious. Ive tried so many flavors and have yet to be disappointed. If you dont know where to start then I recommend going with one of their best-sellers like Taro milk tea or Kung Fu Milk Tea with bubbles of course. If you go when its not busy, service is fast. Their poke bowls are surprisingly good as well. Probably my 2nd favorite in the area. We come here almost every weekend lately. We cant stay away lol

I love this place. It reminds me so much of Cha Time in Australia. The service is fast and friendly and their play list is fun and eclectic. try the winter melon lemonade with mango jelly. you wont be dissapointed

I have gone to the Kung fu teas in Clarendon, Silver Spring, and Farragut North. I love that they have lactose free milk and non-dairy milk and caffeine-free options. It has become one of my date go-tos.

Great product and amazing service... We need about 50 of these locations in Phoenix (5th largest city in the US) and Flagstaff Arizona (2nd most profitable restaurant market in the US).

When it’s too early for a cocktail, I look for an icy drink or boba tea at these places. This KFT is especially spacious and fragrant...perfect respite from the busy streets.

The tea is great, but they play music obnoxiously loud. Seriously they were blasting Kiss From a Rose by Seal so loud that I couldnt even hear the person I was with. Pretty sure they dont want people hanging out after getting their tea.

So, I gave them five stars last year and today my bubble tea has no bubbles which I told them Yes, bubbles please...and customer service today was not so well. They change staff all the time...

Taking Many Precautions During The Pandemic!

First is all excellent customer service per usual! I am normally am a 5 star fan of everything Kung Fu tea (Ive literally been there 4 times in the past 3 weeks) but for some reason the tea at this location in Arlington was a little more bitter tasting although the boboas were really good. I purchased the green milk tea with boboas and it was a little less sweet than normal. My son however still loved his strawberry lemonade tea with boboas and had zero complaints 😊

Slow AF. There was no line but I still waited 15 min for one bubble tea. The employees werent even hustling.

Service is terrible, the bubble tea is alright. They kept looking on the formula sheet and I was really unsure whether they would even get my order correct. By far, the worst kft I have been to. Workers could barely speak english and messed up my order. I went to this location before and held back on a bad review thinking it would get better, sadly it did not. Improve customer service and Ill consider coming back.

Love it!A few friends and I came here after lunch on a weekday. This actually a huge chain, but the first location Ive ever been to. Its a pretty cute soace with a decent amount of seating. The group of us ordered a couple of different drinks out if the huge variety of options. We were a little confused at first because the boba is listed under toppings so when we were asked if we wanted topping we assumed that meant whip cream or sprinkles for the top of the drink and we said no at first. It got figured out eventually and the man taking the order was very nice about it.Overall, super tasty tea with tons of options. Will probably be coming back soon!

So disappointing! My husband went for a bubble tea and when he arrived home we discovered that they forgot to put the bubbles in it! Grrr
