CC Carpet has done wonderful work in my home! Ive used them 3 times within the last few years. Luxury Vinyl Plank and Granite countertops for my bathrooms. Wonderful customer service and quick turn around. Installers were polite and worked very hard!

I just wrote this review with the BBB.I was looking for some vinyl flooring and went into the Arlington store. I found two samples that I liked. One I was told would take a while to get and the other in 2-3 DAYS. I decided to look around some more. The next day I decided to get the flooring that would come in quick because my contractor was ahead of schedule. When I went in to purchase the flooring, I was told that it was a special order and had to be shipped from Atlanta and would take at least a week! I was in a corner so went ahead with the purchase. A week later I was told that the flooring was in, but I would have to drive 30 miles to Mesquite to pick it up. Good thing I had a truck! When my flooring was installed I had almost 2 full boxes left. I called to see if I could return one box to the Arlington store. I was told that they would prefer I take it to Mesquite, but finally said I could take it to the Arlington store. When I took it in, I was told they can NOT process returns. The sales person called the office to ask about it and the person he talked to (on speaker) said that she had told me I could only return it for a refund in Mesquite. That was a lie. Regardless, they said I could only return it to Mesquite. Today, I drove the 30 miles to the Mesquite warehouse. When I took the product in, I was told that they also could not process returns, and that they had told the office that when they called about my returning it. I called the office and now was told that special order items could not be returned. I said that I had never been told that. She said it was on my receipt. That is true, in VERY FINE PRINT it does say that there are no returns. I think I should have been told this from the beginning. Regardless, I was allowed to believe that I could return the excess flooring and was allowed to drive it all over the DFW metroplex in hopes of returning one box. This was a bad experience from start to finish.

Be careful.. We had to have our flooring half round redone because of the contract installers doing such a POOR JOB. Took the person a day and a half to correct problem. Half round wood wasnt stained to match the flooring. At the corners the half round was upside down and different areas filled in with colored putty when they didnt use the half round. Toilet wasnt reset properly at time of flooring being put into bathroom causing toilet to leak and move on my new flooring. Added STRESS that I didnt need should have been a PROFESSIONAL job done right the FIRST TIME..

CC Carpet came in and installed our floors, counter tops & back splash. It looks amazing. Contractors were very nice and polite. We are VERY pleased with the results we received!!!!!!

CC Carpet did a phenomenal job. Though there was a miscommunication about the arrival time, when my install team was there, they were quick, professional, and they vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards. My new carpet feels plush and soft and looks great. I will be using them again when I replace carpet in my other two bedrooms!

We had a great experience starting with our salesman Chris. Our floors were installed less than 2weeks after we ordered them. Our installation crew was the best. They did a great job, answered our questions, finished ahead of schedule and left things in excellent order. Had a follow-up call from Adrian to make sure we were completely happy. Our floors look great. We highly recommend CC Carpet.

I shopped multiple places for flooring then I thought about a company I worked with when I first purchased my home, CC Carpet. I went to the Arlington showroom and found exactly what I was looking for at a good price. Everyone was so easy to work with. My floors came out so beautiful. I will never use another company again.

CC Carpet has completed 3 projects at our home in Mansfield. Installing bath floor tile, living area waterproof vinyl flooring and recently new Stain Master carpet in our master bedroom. Service has always been great, on time as scheduled and installers have always been polite and made a true effort to maintain a clean environment. They have become our go to company for flooring.

Cc carpet staff were friendly, fast, and affordable! I had carpet installed and I will definitely be working with them again in the future for other projects.

Disappointed ... Had to wait 6 weeks for installation ... if I had not called, I would not have known when the installers were going to show up ... I was told they could arrive between 8 am and 5 pm ... first day, they arrived at 8 am and stayed til 8 pm ... finished up the next day ... but I was not happy with lack of communication ... no follow up ... floors are noisy ... same one they had in the store, but they werent noisy in the store ... not happy with threshholds ... had to tell them to caulk along baseboards ... If this is typical, I dont see how they have so many good reviews ...

I went to CC Carpet because my master bedroom had flooded and I needed a new floor. I have beautiful floors in the rest of the downstairs and wanted to purchase a floor that matched as close as possible. I knew that they sent salesman to your home and thought that that would be an advantage to other places. Turns out it wasn’t. The salesman came out I got a quote for a perfect floor. I went twice to the store to pay a deposit. The store wasn’t available so they sent the salesman back out two days later. Who then informed me the original product was discontinued but he had another product that would work for me. My mistake was assuming he had a product that was similar to what I had ordered. When they came to install the floor was extremely thin. I wasn’t happy about it. The install crew told me halfway thru the project they could of changed it. But that wasn’t offered when I was first disappointed. I had brand new baseboards for the entire room...they installed old ones in my closet and took off the the new ones. The thresholds going from the hallway and the bathroom to the room have gaps because of how thin the new floor is compared to the other floors. There are thinner thresholds available but that is an up charge of $144. The only thing they can offer me is to come glue the one back down that is coming up or for me to pay for new thresholds. Fixing my drainage issue outside and inside cost over $10000. My biggest mistake was picking CC Carpet for my floor

CC Carpet installed new bathroom tile in my shower and around my tub. Morgan was so helpful in assisting me with selecting the tile. The installers were super professional and did a quality job. I would definitely use CC Carpet in the future.

Dont make the same mistake I did, check the Better Business Bureau. Also read the yelp reviews before you buy from them. After they take your money their service disappears. They dont even show up to install at the time they say they will.

Very easy, straight forward. Installation was great, on time, neat, didnt mark up the new paint. Every part of the transaction was smooth.

This company has the worse customer service. The lack of communication between the company and their scheduling dept. I had countertops replaced and a two day job turned into a 3 day job and possibly a 4 day if I hadn’t complained to get the job completed. They do not take responsibility for THEIR mistakes and basically tell the customer “it is what it is, and things happen.” They get your money and in return customers receive HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service. I had to COMPLAIN to several people to get a plumber and electrician out to install my sink and stove countertop in a timely manner (due to THEM dropping the ball of scheduling one). I had to take off my job a extra day to schedule a plumber and electrician MYSELF with this company to meet the dinner party I was having the next day. They DIDN’T CARE. It’s horrible that a customer has to go through all I went through to get my kitchen completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

So i go there to get a wood i want for my floor, i needed 4 boxes. we discuss the price, i pay. when i go to pick it up from the warehouse they tell me i only paid for 3 boxes and thats all they gave me, when i called the guy i dealt with Adrian he said that he made a mistake so instead of honoring his deal, i only got 3 boxes.

I was excited to come here because theyre affiliated with the Rangers. Instead of being pleased with the experience, I was met with an off putting and rude attitude. They refused to even come measure my home prior to closing. Extremely disappointed.

Adrian Gackle was very assisting when helping my husband and I find the best deals to re carpet our home!!!

They did a terrible job installing our floors, the trim all looks terrible and needs to be replaced, they damaged the walls in my home and did a teerterr job patch painting over it, and tyen refused to give any sort of refund. My house looks worse now that they did work to it and I have to pay new contractors to reinstall the floor all over again in the living room, redo all of the trim because they cut all of it so badly, and then repaint my dining room because it looks so badly. It is absolutely disgusting that theyre xharchar us full price and not even making this right. They wont even call my husbans and I back. Dont waste your money, and its worth every penny to pay more at any other establishment for flooring than to do business with this company of theives.
