Just hope eveything goes smoothly all the time and you have no issues EVER. I tried using chat...sat there forever no response. As I am writing this I have been on hold literally 1:01:36 waiting for help by phone. Obviously customer service doesnt come with these high monthly recurring charges. I was billed for an add on in error and of course the store cannot assist. So frustrating.

I’m spacing on the Store Manager’s name right now but he was a tremendous help and so friendly! After over 6+ hours on hold or calling multiple times with Verizon and Disney+ customer service to find a resolution about a strange account issue decided to just make an appointment at the store; he instantly corrected the issue and was understanding of my time. Thank you so much and I will definitely be coming back to this store!

I came in very frustrated about a billing issue. Carlos was assigned to help me (thank God), and he helped calm me down and did everything he could to help with my situation. He listened carefully and was thorough in his review of my account. He then helped call the billing department, and even though the regular department was closed for the day, he didn’t give up. He called another number to try to see if they could help me, and they did! I wasn’t even expecting it. I was willing to give up and call the next day, but Carlos didn’t give up. I really really appreciated his help, hardwork, and kindness! This branch is so lucky to have him on the team!

Worst store to go in. I get that with covid there’s rules and regulations BUT when there’s NO ONE and I mean NO ONE in the store but you and your partner why restrict the only one person per family to be in??? The store was alone for almost an hour. If someone came in then I could’ve left the store. But never doing business here again. Oh and thank you for not letting me stay we found a better store with better attitudes. There’s no reason why a store should have 5 employees and allow one person per family. It’s a small place lower the employees to the small store.

The way this store has chosen to handle COVID precautions is ridiculous. They are only allowing one person in from each party at a time. So don’t come with your children, family members or friends needing assistance, or anyone else who cannot be left in the car or may need help understanding things being said and/or equipment. This is a time when being connected electronically is the best we’ve got at times..Verizon makes us pay enough for their services and now they want to hinder our ability to keep connected? Some of us work from home and need equipment and some of us just need an upgrade..either way now you want us to call in to a call center with half the staff?? This does not seem like a solution but more of a problem.

I had a very pleasant experience. I never felt like the Sales Rep was there insisting or promoting a specific phone/device. I felt at ease for once walking into a store just wanting to browse. Once I knew what questions I wanted to ask, they were then willing to come to my attention and answer and demonstrate. Thumbs up Verizon. As a customer for over 15 years, this was probably the best experience Ive ever received.

Wen to Verizon they asked for identification gave them my concealed carry license. They accepted it at first then. They ran my account said you don’t qualify for payment plan I said I know I am paying retail. She walked off. Whispered something to the guy. Then came back asked me for my driver license because my concealed isn’t a valid for of id all of a sudden. So I showed my license. Then she said how are you paying we don’t take checks. I said good because I wasn’t planning to use a check. They seemed surprised that I was able to pay full retail price for two brand new iPhones. After today I will never visit this location again.

This store is horrible the people that work here are clueless. The lady that was helping me didnt know anything. I have always been team Android and Im thinking about switching over to an iPhone. And she was absolutely no help whatsoever she didnt even know about some of the features that her own iPhone can do, but yet she told me shes been with iPhone for 20years lol. You would think working at a cell phone retail store you would know a little bit about Android and iPhone but just because shes never had an Android she knew nothing about it. I literally just told her you know what Ill just YouTube it myself. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever had!!!

Don’t come here if you’re looking for good customer service. Doesn’t matter who you talk to. Not even the manager. They are very rude and are quick to send you away with little to no help. They act like they don’t want to be there and hate their jobs. VERY unprofessional. I’ve been in there twice and refuse to go back. I’ll drive 100 miles to another Verizon if I have to. Wish I could put 0 stars.

However, I waited 2 hours to just be put on the phone with corporate and to be told everything is done on the phone. This could have been shared with me while waiting. So I have T-Mobile and I got my phone unlocked to switch to Verizon, and i didn’t ask the guys name. He wasn’t very helpful, he just assumed he knew what he was doing. He kept telling me that the iPhone that i bought from T-Mobile wasn’t gonna work that I would have to buy a new phone from Verizon. I just assumed he was crazy because I just bought the iPhone 8.. so he put in this random SIM card that was on his desk and said it was a “working” SIM card. The phone didn’t have any bars so he said it’s not going to work period. He didn’t even try to put a new one or try a different SIM card. I ended up going to another Verizon store that was close by (on W green oaks Blvd) and this really nice lady helped me out and she got my phone working full bars with the Verizon service. She said that the dude at this place must have put an old (NOT)working SIM card and that’s why it didn’t have service on my phone when he put the SIM card in. So my advice is, if they aren’t that helpful just go to a different store... there’s some Verizon workers that actually like their job and want to help you.

I just want to take a minute to thank Jesus Rico for helping me out in cancelling an old order in minutes that had been messed up in the system for months and that the store on Bryant Irvin had been unable to take care of after several different attempts. He got us our new phones and provided great customer service and Im grateful we got him that day to help us. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had walking into any service provider store. Verizon, you lucked out with this one!

Good selection of all Verizon phones. Only actual Verizon store in Arlington, all others are authorized retailers. So this store usually has the new phones during their pre-order period which you can test out. None of the other authorized Verizon retailers in this city can do that.Store can get really busy on weekends and evenings, so the sales people there can short with you although theyre nice.

Note: This happened last year!When I bought my new phone, I had the rudest salesperson ever. He was totally incapable of small talk. He didnt listen or explain things well.The only reason I stayed with Verizon was that I have enjoyed the excellent coverage that I have with Verizon. I can usually make phone calls when my AT&T friends are stuck in a service gap.The rude salesman made me think about switching.If their prices dont come down, I might switch anyway.UPDATE: I no longer have Verizon and will not ever go back. I have had enough!

And the store is quite lucky to have him because he is one of the most professional individuals I have come across while visiting Mobile stores. I was at a similar store earlier that day this other place felt like somebody died. Usually theres an air of nonchalance or we-are-going-to-eat-you-alive vibe in some of the stores...But this dude...WOW. He could tell me I owe $1,000 dollars and I would still be okay with it because theres a calm air to this man. This man is such a gentleman. Would I come back here again? YES. Would I recommend to a friend? Yeppers. And I give my experience a ten out of ten.

I went to the store trying to get my mother off my family plan and in to her own but as soon as i walk up i was turned away to call customer service. So basically they are there for nothing not willing to assist, when i called customer service they advised they can do anything at the store the older lady simply didn’t want to help. This is not the first bad experience at this store. I guess I’ll call continue to call customer service and wait for hours when you simply couldve helped . Definitely don’t recommend why give them sales when you can simply do everything over the phone!

I love this store. Ive been coming here for a very long time, I believe as long as Ive been a Verizon customer which is almost 15 years now. I think they may have moved locations once during that time, but it was just a few hundred yards down on the same road. It has always been very clean and open, with a wonderful crew of staff that has changed over the years but remained top notch.This place has always seemed to be on the cutting edge of tech as to how their flow of service functions. Their wireless integration recently has been awesome. All staff carry around tablets that can do anything and everything. There are no fixed points of service anymore. They are prompt to get you checked in, which you can also do yourself online prior to your arrival, and there are plenty of places to mill about or sit comfortably while waiting.My advice: try to know exactly what you want before you get there. I have always walked in with a specific phone or two in mind, with the pricing and payment plans already considered. This last time, I walked in, told them I wanted a Pixel 2, 128GB, with 2 glass screen protectors and a minimalist case, on the payment plan, with insurance, and no changes to my service plan. The associate retrieved the phone and protectors while I grabbed a case, he put everything in the tablet, took my card right there to pay, and I was done. Super quick and seamless transaction. No high pressure sales tactics here.Ive also come here to address issues that have arisen with past phones, including what became an eventual insured phone replacement, which all went without issue. They were knowledgeable, prompt and didnt treat me as suspicious or anything.People may have their own positive or negative views of Verizon as a carrier, but aside from those views, I will say that this store is a wonderful example of retail/service done right. I will continue coming here for the foreseeable future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Visited this store today... Unfriendly Staff Period! The Mgr. is the worst of them all... I left there today and picked up my iPhone 11 pro max.. instead of the guy inboxing it and setting it up for me. He advised me that there WIFI was slow. If you’re a Verizon customer and live in this area it’s sad we have to deal with these individuals.

After our rep told us it was an easy switch, 1.5 hrs later. While sitting in the store no one could help. Said wait until monday. I found a number and did it myself. Terrible customer service. Went in to buy an iPhone 7 at full retail. I am on unlimited data, so I buy the phone at full retail and then give them a number to attach it too. I have bought two phones in this store that way. Not only did Don, the representative, refuse to sell it to me, he told me he was going to come to where I work and show me. Apparently with Verizon it is okay to threaten your customers. I have unlimited data, so not like I am changing. But, I am going to take Dons advise on where to buy the phone. When an employee of a company threatens a customer, it is never good.

Short version: I was lied to multiple times so they could upsell me a more expensive phone. employees or management could not care less.Long version: I called before going in and inquired about stock levels. They informed my they had “a few of each” and wouldn’t get anymore specific than that. I doubled checked the specs of what I wanted with the person on the phone before going in. They confirmed stock on what I wanted. I get to the store, find out they are completely out of stock except for the higher priced option. Asked to speak with the manager. He couldn’t have cared less about what happened.1) I was lied to about stock levels in order to get me into the store2) they lied about stock levels to up sell me once in the store3) the salesman I worked with didn’t care one bit.4) the store manager didn’t care one bit.5) the store manager lied straight to my face pointing out customers that supposedly bought the phones I wanted just before I came in.I will never go back. Absolutely unacceptable business tactics. Beyond infuriating. No reason to go into the store. Order online and save yourself the frustration

I went in wondering why ninty dollars was added to my bill and the person I had to deal with couldnt answer without an attitude and also was completely wrong as I had to figure out by going to best buy. I havent always had to deal with incompetent verison employees, which is why Ive given 2 stars instead of the standard 0, but every now and then there are workers like that that you run into in that location, and sadly its more often than not.

Worst Customer Service EVER. I have been with Verizon for over 15 years and never have I been treated so rude. The sad part was that it wasnt just the Customer Rep who helped me, it was the Female Manager too. When I asked her for help and she wasnt helping anyone or doing anything but playing with her fingers, she stated Im the Manager, I cannot help you... I was reading through reviews in here and their is a constant theme from negative reviews... its the Terrible Customer Service from this store. If Verizons cell service wasnt so good, I would seriously cancel my service with them in a heartbeat just because of my experience today.

I cant give a full review since I dont have Verizon, but I was here to take advantage of the Moto Mod sale. (Buy any Moto mod and get the projector mod free) They did honor it despite me not having their service and everyone I spoke with was nice and friendly. Unfortunately the mod I wanted wasnt in stock (Game pad), but I was able to pick one up the next day and still got the projector mod.However; I wouldnt buy accessories here, many of the cases on sale are cheaper online and at least Best Buy would price match the case if you wanted one asap. Only exception I make is the bumper case for the Moto Z phones, theyre made far better than what Amazon sells.

I dispise going to Verizon wireless when it comes time for upgrades because your stuck there at least an hour no matter when you go. This store was a bit faster and thats only because the employee checking people in up front stepped in to help when she noticed no one was leaving. Its sad the process is such a pain considering we knew what we wanted and could be in an out, but its been like this ever since Ive had verizon wireless, I might try upgrading online next time.
