Very friendly place to shop for shoes.. very thoughtful workers and take care of you quick.. would recommend going if you need a shoe most people dont carry, they would have it..

Jorge Fuentes, one of the store’s manager went above and beyond for me. Went on a Saturday 1/09/21 was super super busy, had a little confusion on a order I placed but he did everything he could that day to assist me but was out of his hands but assured he would follow up with me. He did really good assisting me while being pulled everywhere from other workers needing his help, even did a check in w/ me when my ordeal was taking some time. He did follow up and found my order and contacted me as soon as he found it. I really appreciate his patience with my situation especially on a extreme busy day. He definitely needs some recognition, now and days you don’t receive customer service like this.

I ordered $215.00 Nike vapormax since August 15th as a gift that supossibly was going to be deliver in a week😡well is now mid of November2020 and I still haven’t received the shoes, I very frustrated 😔 so 00 Stars I guess im placing one star since it doesn’t let me submit it 🤦🏻‍♀️

They put the wrong shoe in my shoebox and I only received one shoe Took them 20 minutes to find the right pair of shoes that I’ve actually bought.Then they wanted to do an exchange to charge me for that for different shoes because they said those shoes that I wanted were different then with the ones they charge me for then they wanted to charge me more after I had to come 45 minutes out of my way back to the mall to get the shoes the workers seem like they did not care. Also they couldn’t even answer the phone when I tried to call them earlier. Very disappointing.

Its about what you would expect they just didnt have any other kind of shoes I was looking for. as typical a lot of places like this have very poorly designed shoes that are meant only for the look for people who might play a little bit of occasional basketball once every 2 or 3 weeks but want to be all cool in the hip hop Street Scene.the saddest part was my friend kept trying to talk to a girl there that was actually kind of cute and she just really didnt want to knowledge anything other than her basic daily script of Hi how are you bye have a good day

Do not go here! I cant possibly convey the level of lazy unprofessional staff in this location. How they maintain their employment is beyond me. Did I mention racist? I stood by the childs section for 15 minutes (being the first of about 8 people in the door) and watched as every single white, or Hispanic customer was deliberately ignored. Nobody offered to help until my (black) wife approached me asking what was taking so long.That aside, from a purely professional standpoint they acted as they were union employees that gave zero F*#@ks.Management, please train your staff or hire better staff. Particularly those working 4/28/18.

Worst store... they never answer the phone. I walked into the store while calling the store and there was no ring. Asked the manager why is no one answering the phones and he said the batteries are dead. They must never charge them because they never answer the phone. Another time I went into the store I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help. Although a lady near me got asked 3 times. She finally said no she didnt need any but this guy here might need some before anyone offered to help.

This foot locker, is very friendly and the customer service is great compared to other shoe stores in the mall. And because of the great customer service I will continue going.

No one offered to help when we arrived. Tracked down a girl for a size. She checked the shoes to make sure they were the same size and when we got to the register the girl noticed they were not the same. So glad she checked or I wouldnt had to return.

Great Customer Service

When I checked out I spent $180 dollars, in the process of checking out I was patiently waiting for the cashier to ask me for my email so that I can accumulate my points for my well spent money. I had slid my card hoping that the pin pad would let me enter my email adress at least. Nope. I can’t remember her name it was a weird one but she had a nose piercing and was Hispanic. She quickly printed out my receipt, I guess because the line was long. So I told her “you didn’t ask me for my email.” She mean mugged me and said “yes I did” lied to me bare faced. My brother and cousin even witnessed. Then she said “next!” NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN RUDE ASF.

Most employees were very helpful and nice but we did encounter one that seemed to be irritated every time someone asked for a shoe!!

Worst Foot Locker I have ever been to and never going back. I walked into the start and first of all, no one greeted me which is fine but when I asked for help from the MANAGER, I was ignored! Literally ignored and given a dirty look. I asked another employee for help and they were friendly and quick about it. I mentioned to the manager that I was looking for Nike Elite Socks that were on sale for $10 (online price as well) and he said no they arent and pointed at the ones in store that were 14.99. He was sarcastic, rude, and extremely demeaning. Never going back and I recommend that to any and all sneaker lovers.
