No one answered the phone. Prints were supposed to be ready the same day only to find out the printer had been down. No one called to inform. Transferred the order to another location. They printed 1 copy instead of 10 and then their printer went down so they were not able to correct the order.

This store has the best print center in the DFW area. I have been in school for quite some time and have been able to print many research documents, brochures, booklets, laminate and bind books. Tristen seems to be quite proficient in printing. The associates are always friendly, knowledgeable, and if I cannot find something in their store everyone has helped direct me where I can find it. Great customer service!

I went to OfficeMax today to buy something I need for my working desk but they dont have that in the store. When I entered the shop, I found very little furniture, some only scattered items. During this pandemic season, when I enter the store, I see the shelves are mostly not very many items. Thats why when you need something during this pandemic season, you also need luck.

The shelves have very little on them. It looks like a store that has been picked through right before Christmas and the young lady I spoke with seemed annoyed that she had helped me and then I came back to her and asked her again because I thought I might have missed what I was looking for. I thought this because any standard Office Max would have what I needed in stock. Keep in mind that it was in the morning and no one else was in the store —- so she definitely wasn’t super busy.Lastly, I would like to say that I am a fan of OfficeMax — just not this one. AND, this is the first bad review I have ever written about any business in my life. That hound lady needs to be in the stock room away from people and if she is in charge of ordering as she indicated, she needs to be immediately shifted to a new position. I will not be coming back here.

I love the wonderful customer service that I always received by Tristen!!! Everytime I stop by when I need help faxing or printing a document, Tristen always treats me with VIP service! I love the welcome! Tristen not only treats me like with awesome customer service, I have witness him do EACH customer as well. I tell you what! I know it’s been crazy with this whole COVID19 stuff. I get my print services done here for my business, and the second time took longer than usual about 8 days. but I went into the store and the supervisor Rickie Jones helped me so much. He made sure I was cared for right away and apologized. Thank you so much for all you do. I will continue to get my services done here.

Very poor customer service & bad management the stand in manager Jared Reanto needs a lot of work on his professionalism or better said lack there of. After speaking to corp head quarters i got a phone call from my employee that was at the store to exchange a phone that was defective in box, which i had purchased 2hr prior. My employee informed me that he would not exchange the phone and asked him what you cant afford to buy a phone?

Today I went to OfficeMax on south Cooper (near Home Depot) to print my church bulletin as I have done there every Saturday morning for about three years. Since my sons funeral arrangements had changed I needed to reprint one page. As I went in the store in the afternoon, Tabitha, the store manager, said are you late today? I said no, and explained why I had returned for more copies. When the young man in the print center finished the job he put the new copies in a bag and said, thank you sir, there is no charge today. Great people at OfficeMax, south Cooper St, Arlington.

Rickie assisted us with our purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a 3 drawer file cabinet, 2 reams of 20 lb paper, magnet clips, gel pens and thumb tacs. Great experience. Keep up the great work!

The perfect place for a hoarder. I cant enter without buying something. I have bought desks, office supplies, and electronics from this location and everything is holding up wonderfully. My grandmother loves talking to the friendly staff, I believe Vanessa is her favorite.

Took some documents to be faxed. The technical clerk took the documents and fed them into the fax machine. I then walked over waiting for the receipt of the fax and female tech came over to the fax machine and asked the tech “did you load something into the machine” he then said yes. The female said why did you do that, there is another lady who was first. He then told her; the fax stores the documents and then transmits them when appropriate automatically, when it connects up. He also said you can feed multiple documents into it. Then he said don’t you know how this fax machine works. Well the female tech got upset and told the tech who helped me to go to the office. At that time the fax machine printed out my receipt. I asked the female who was standing at the fax if that was my receipt. She snapped; slammed down my receipt and said don’t know. So I asked loudly well who does, then another tech came over and helped me and checked me out.So unprofessional.

So, after standing in this long line for ten to fifteen minutes in the print department its finally my turn. Ive left my purse in the car thinking that prints are 15 cents and to my surprise it was 17 cents and the associate made me go back outside to the car for 2 cents. Really!!! 😂

Very helpful staff. The employee in copying was very graceful and only charged me for B&W copies, though I accidentally made 2 color copies on the copiers. And the employee in printers and inks was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and spent a ton of time with me.

TABITHA AND JOSH, THE STORE MANAGERS, ARE HORRIBLE! THREE times Ive been in here because of a mis-quote on a print job their store did. They fired the employee who mis-quoted but had EVERY INTENTION of making us pay for their employees incompetence. Both of them argued with me on THREE occasions that we were quoted incorrectly but that we needed to pay regardless! We were quoted $200 LESS than what they charged us and all they could say was sorry.TABITHA was rude, unprofessional and has absolutely no sense of how to respond to her customers. JOSH said he would call me back after one visit with an answer but never did, which is why it took THREE visits. TABITHA does not belong in her position. I have used this store for years now but would rather drive further just to avoid this place.ELMI was the only store manager who could make a decision and make things right. He was decisive, easy to talk to and empathic. Too bad he has to work among other incompetent staff.

Tabitha the store manager did not want to exchange college ruled composition books for wide ones because I had bought them on sale. She said they were now a different price and I would have to pay the difference when college and wide are the same price. Being a Manager before, I know you can override to do an even exchange. Waste of time. Poor customer service.

I would go through all the town just to come to this Office Max. the lady in printing and copying goes far and beyond to meet the customers needs. i needed to scan Unattended minors form and email it to the Airline. she did everything for me. she made my day when i was so worried about my son flying by himself through half the world.

Shout out to Jared (Sales Manager,) and David (Cashier) for making a simple mole hill of a request to honor a promo code into a mountain of a customer service problem! The whole issue could have been resolved in a matter of minutes. Instead, a bad review was chosen, and they lost a customer for the brand they so poorly represent.Due to their over inflated egos, and sense of self importance, coupled with their childish, combative, argumentative, unprofessional, insulting, smug, idiotic, arrogance I will avoid using the services of OfficeMax in the future for my business needs.These two individuals are disrespectful, insulting, and rude beyond measure. I have to wonder how much revenue OfficeMax has lost from the lack of professionalism they have shown customers during their tenure at this location.I will not be going back to this OfficeMax, and will use one of several of their competitors in the area. Im sure Staples, FedEx Office, etc will appreciate the opportunity to earn new business.It appears there are numerous complaints concerning Jareds lack of professionalism in the reviews. Its sad that Jared, and Davids unprofessionalism hasnt previously been addressed by the local store manager, much less someone at the corporate level. The location might earn more favorable reviews if they hire better people in the future.Perhaps sensitivity training would help Jared, and David. Maybe company sponsored counseling to relieve their apparent stress, and uncover the source of their lack of emotional intelligence, and customer animosity.Personality testing should be standard during the hiring process, and could help OfficeMax identify individuals with psychological disorders who lack the mental acuity to deal with customers appropriately.OfficeMax, you need to hire better!
