When situations go smoothly you really dont see the quality of a company. But, when there are issues then you see the real integrity of a company. I had issues and Oril & Sons (really the son) handled everything perfectly. I could not have asked for more.

All I have to say is, wow! Super friendly folk, and communicates very well about the job done. Competitive pricing compared to a lot of big box retailers. Fixed and replaced hardware on my computer and got the job done in less than 5 hours! Big box retailers would take 1.5 weeks MINIMUM to fix the same, and would charge double!Awesome people!

Orli did a fantastic job on the screen repair for my laptop. Not only was he knowledgeable and certified to do the work that he does, he was courteous and quick to give advice when I had questions. As a student it’s crucial that I have a workstation that is fast and efficient and Orli helped me make sure my laptop is in the best shape to /start the semester. Have a modified gaming/video editing computer that doubles as my home office computer, chased a random power off problem for a few days, finally decided to hire a professional to diagnose it since it was a little above my head. Orli was very friendly, took my computer in on a SUNDAY, and got my computer diagnosed and fixed by the next morning for under $100. Will definitely be back in the future and will recommend anybody to him. You can tell he is very passionate about his profession.

Im giving Orli five starts for being a decent human being, really. I drove 30 from Irving to see him, based on positive online reviews.I brought our daughters non-working Toshiba laptop, and he said up front that if it was the motherboard, wed be out of luck (more sensible, he said, to buy a new one of similar capacity, for the price it would take to fix it). He said he would call after he looked at it. 30 minutes later, he said it was indeed what he feared. I picked it up: no charge at all. Orli could have fixed it, but he was up front about the cost of the new part (which he had checked) and of labor, and recommended putting the money toward something new. (He even has refurbished ones for sale but did not do more than show me, in case I wanted something that day.) At no time did he exert any pressure so that he could make a buck off of me.Im sure Orlis repair work is excellent, given other reviews. Should I ever need laptop repair, I will drive the half hour again, despite having several places closer to me: Orli is the sort of guy who just wants to do people a good turn. He represents whats best in small business.

Best Buy told me it would cost $400 and 2 weeks to fix my laptop. Orli & Sons charged me $150 and fixed it in two days! And they were incredibly kind and helpful through the process, and easy to reach if I had any questions. Dont bother looking anywhere else for computer repair, these guys are the best youll find!

These guys are awesome! I was that guy who dropped off my computer right before they closed, so they could look at it and hopefully get it back to me tomorrow. I got a text on the way home saying it was done! Unreal service and hopefully I wont need to go back *knock on wood* but if anything goes wrong with your computer send it here. Ive never met a more genuine guy just helping people out because he enjoys his craft. He didnt try to upsell me on anything, and gave me really solid and honest information. I will be sure to return to Orlis if I have future problems, and I will be sure to recommend him to anyone looking for computer repairs.

I contacted Orli for a screen replacement on my brand new Acer laptop through Yelp, and he responded immediately with a great price quote. I came in the afternoon and dropped off my device, and within an hour I received a phone call back that it was finished! He was able to upgrade my TN panel to a bright IPS panel which dramatically made a difference. It was fun to talk to Orli about his technical certifications and how I could get started. He was able to provide me with all the resources needed and how to succeed. Overall, a fantastic computer service shop with a knowledgeable owner, I would recommend Orli to anyone!
