Honey Baked Ham has never been a disappointment, especially around the Holidays. The pick up process was organized and fast, and of course the product was just delicious!

I stopped in here on Friday afternoon to grab a pound of smoked turkey for our dinner. It’s obvious this place is not getting a ton of daily walk in business but they are maintaining high level of cleanliness and doing a great job with social distancing when customers do come in. I paid for my turkey and got to the car when I saw the young lady coming out to my vehicle. She approached me and asked for my turkey back. She told me she realized she had some Turkey in the restaurant that was fresher and she would like to switch it out for me. I really, really appreciated her attention to this detail and coming out to my car to offer this for me, she did not have to do that and I really appreciated it. I wish I had caught her name. Thank you for the great service! Delicious as always.

We ordered Christmas dinner from here and it was fantastic. Service was excellent and price was good for the quality.

Great store. Clean. Friendly staff. I highly recommend their sandwiches. People may not know they serve lunch and the quality is 5 stars. Delicious turkey or ham sandwiches. Fresh. But, when you are getting ready for Holidays...this IS THE SPOT. The staff is fantastic. Knowledgeable. Helpful.

The cashier was not knowledgeable of the menu . She had a really bad attitude and told the other lady that she was ready to go. She didn’t have her mask pulled up so I asked her to please pull her mask up. Instead, she left it down and continued making other people’s orders. The other lady was very nice and decided to help us instead. Nevertheless, I won’t be back.

In and out in 15 minutes. Customers were qued up and it kept the lines very orderly and calm.Multiple 2 person cashiers at check out. A lady at the sides freezer was a big help and another lady with samples made this Monday before Thanksgiving a breeze. In store specials saved me money over online shopping and no expensive delivery fees. Looking forward to a Thanksgiving enjoying the family and not cooking and cleaning all day!!!

This was the first time trying Honey Baked Ham, when I saw 2 of my co-workers order their lunch from there, I decided to give it a try myself. Was not disappointed at all! The amount of ham they serve on their sandwiches is incredible & the price is more than affordable. The store was clean and the wait time to order took less than a minute. They made my sandwich and had it ready almost immediately, I was surprised. Ill definitely be coming back!

Great hams. We ordered a small boneless ham for new years and it was delicious. Wish they would bring the broccoli and rice casserole dish back as I dont care for most of the other ones.

This place is very good! Their turkey and ham is one of the best so far that Ive tasted. At first I thought their ham would be very salty, it turn out to wrong, not salty at all and I loved it! Highly recommended!

Always delicious. They handle the holiday crowd amazingly efficiently. The line was out the door and around the corner and I was out in less than 20 minutes.

I first heard of this place when they took samples to my job. i didnt want to try it at first, but Im glad i did. The classics are GREAT! I love it every time i get my classic sandwich. i specially love the turkey one. its always clean, and the lady and gentleman that always serve me always do a great job! i always tell them that their profit would go up if they old slices of their bread. hopefully one day.i really recommend that you give it a try.

Three times in the past month we were in the Arlington, TX store and was treated very rudely each time. I am an executive in sales and service, and I have one thing to say, “Service is more important to the brand than the product you sell.” This team doesn’t get that. I gave them three chances to get it right, and in each case I was spoken to very rudely. Good luck building relationships with your future customers; we won’t be back.

I have been a customer of this store for more years than I can remember. I originally started going there for the spiral cut ham. It is a product that cant be matched anywhere, but that is not all that they do. They also have turkey, sandwiches and multiple side dishes not to mention the incredible deserts! You can order online or just go to the store and let the friendly and knowledgeable staff assist you with your purchase. You can actually put together a whole meal that feels like a banquet. Five Stars is not enough for them!

Staff was super nice and the food was so good and the samples sealed the deal.

Ham is excellent.....but staff is rude. The website had the closing time wrong, and when I walked up to the door they locked it and refused to let me buy a ham.

For the most part I’ve had great encounters there. The only suggestion is a person should wash their hands BEFORE grabbing gloves to make a sandwich.

Not a good place for the money,ham wasnt fresh at all as they claim,they look more like frozen hams shipped to the store,and at $7 +/pound.also got a classic sandwich,she put two small slices of ham,one of cheese and that was it,the price? Same as one whole pound.
