Amazing selection and their staffs were nice.

Absolutely amazing selection of beer. I need to come back and look at their wine selections, which also looks really extensive. The folks running the store were incredibly helpful and friendly and also encouraged me to give any suggestions I have on anything else they could stock. Considering the beer in multiple varieties is stacked nearly to the roof, Im not sure I could suggest anything else!

Open till 11 on Fridays and Saturdays. Great place to grab what you need later at night. Parking is rough.

MISERABLE RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!!Every time I walk in that store and see the 2 men behind the counter I cringe, they NEVER smile NEVER say hello and Never say Thank you!! The last owner (young white guy) was such a pleasure always friendly and always always said “hello” and “thank you”. That tells me something!!!

Open past 6:00! Actually, open till 11 I think! Decent selection and open. Not sure why gas stations and grocery stores around here don’t sell alcohol, but this here is your savior!😀

I don’t have anything except one of staffs horrible behavior insulted me in the store,he said “go to other store” for cheaper items.That is not a way of behaving customers.His behavior makes Me mad and sad when I got home.There is a new liquor store in mass ave approximately behind this store whic is far better in terms of customer satisfaction.

This is my go-to liquor store! They have an amazing variety of beer, wine, and liquor and the prices are pretty standard. The parking situation can get a little sticky but its definitely not a deal-breaker.

They wouldnt accept credit card over the phone. We are in NY, but our friend who is quiet old lives right around the corner from them. While we were there, I went in to ask them if you could make an exception for us, to prove that everything is legitimate and that we sometimes want to order wine for an older lady friend and pay over the phone, but the guy just didnt care. So be it, they lost good customers.

Has an easy layout, and nice enough employees. A bit patchy for selection, but Im used to bigger places with larger budgets. This was super convenient, and seemingly out of place... I kinda liked that about it. Parking was rough, but it did t take long to find something and go.

Used to love this place!!! It was the talk of our apartment complex in Lexington which is 2.5 miles away!!! Now I am extremely disappointed that they are under new management and will not deliver even though if they go all the way to east Arlington it is the same distance!!!!!!! I want the old management back. Makes no sense

Great customer service! We have a work gathering every Friday and clearly, beer is needed for this. We cant always get out during the work day to shop, so having a local delivery service is convenient. The three times that I have called, the person I spoke with was very nice ... and they delivered on time.

Completely new set of employees yet again. One clerk in particular likes to round up on a credit card charge. That’s not how to do business...

Arlington Liquor is basically the only place I shop for wine and spirits! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection to choose from. New Owners has done great transformation of store. I highly recommend a visit !!!

Been going there since i moved out to mass from nj but had a problem when i went there the other day. The cashier refused to sell me wine because he didnt recognize my out of state drivers license. Im 25 legal age but he gave me a huge problem. Thats just bad for business i had to change my review because of it. It doesnt matter what state an id is from you are supposed to accept it

The man I spoke with was short spoken and rude and ultimately did not answer the question I called about. This call was made on April 15, 2010 at 2:15pm (just in case the owner reads this)
