Accused me of stealing after going there for the 2 years Ive lived here, every payday mind you. I was nice with the lady and said I just have my phone then she continued to accuse me. I have a video of the lady if it means anything. Im highly upset and will NEVER be back! I pulled up in my Porsche on my off day excited to get bottles and that was ruined, and had to go to another liquor store. Horrible customer service.

The young Black girl was gossiping with a customer while me and 2 other customers were standing in line. She never acknowledged us until another clerk finally came up 2 assist us.We actually waited n line for 5mins, literally...As I was driving off the conversating w customer was finally coming out the store!!

They have some great choices, good people working and they are VERY helpful.

Terrible customer service! The owner prides himself on taking good care of his employees but somehow one of them still felt the need to steal my brother in laws money ($250 cash) out of his wallet that he accidentally left by the register. He refuses to pull up camera footage. We’re not trying to point fingers, but you’d think if he was so sure it wasn’t an employee that he’d pull out the footage without any hesitation. Apparently not. Great ethics guys!

Passing by at 2050. I didnt want to drive further to Kroger. Wanted to buy a case of Miller Light, found out they dont carry cases in the cooler, asked the cashier, she said they didnt carry at all. Had to get a 12 pack which was around $16! A case these days at Kroger is $18.99 with card ; shouldve gone to Kroger. Both employees seemed disinterested to be there, no hello when coming in; employees werent cashing anyone out, they were on their cell phones. Probably wont go back

Terrible customer service every time I come in here. The only reason I come in here is because its convenient. Walked in this evening and offencive rap music was playing very loudly with cuss words, and the two people behind the desk were on their cell phones and offered me no assistance, although I tried to find something for almost 10 minutes. Me and several others walked in and werent even greeted. And this is not a one-time incident. The owner says he takes care of things but obviously not because people have complained about this recently

You just won’t find top notch customer service like this place at any other liquor store in the whole DFDub. The owners and the entire staff are absolutely the most friendliest and caring people you will come across in this whole area. They say hi to every single person that walks through the door and take care of people quickly and promptly. Amazing staff. Hard to find that nowadays. Skip the 2 liquors you pass on the way here cause they won’t beat this place’s hospitality or prices and that’s 1000

I had about 5 minutes to run in and grab a bottle of rum for my husband before they closed. It was my first time to outpost and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted warmly and when I ran by the rum in my hurry and had to ask where it was the manager was very kind and helpful. The clerk at the register was really happy and friendly even though I was there at closing time. I used the bathrooms and they were very clean and smelled great! Now I know where to go anytime I need to buy spirits. Thank you!

Where has this place been all my life?! Our area finally has a decent liquor store with a very respectable selection. Pretty good pricing as well, not to mention the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Im thrilled to have found this store. The only thing they need is more and bigger signage so people can better see the store from the road.

The staff ignores the customers. So only you can help you if you have any questions. Even when I went to check out, the guy paid more attention to his phone than he did me. I had to ask if we were done. And I am pretty sure I bothered him. And apparently receipts are not favored here, I did not get one. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! They make your business . AND, selection isn’t the best, but had ANYONE helped me, it may have made a difference.

Good reasonable liquor

People are really giving low stars for things that are a state law.We’ve been a regular here and we’re always in and out in just a few minutes. Checkout is fast. Parking can be a pain but it’s not their fault.

Cool place and close to home. Dont have to go far to specs anymore. The only down side is it costs a couple more bucks, but to be expected going to a small place. Convenient. Oh, and guess what.... theres a margarita shop right next door!!

Clean store, with whiskey prices that were mostly retail, not a huge selection however, better prices on some stuff ie old tub was half the price than a store 2 miles up 360
