Shadiest company that I have ever done business with. This company will double your rate without any notice and take advantage of a automatic payment option taking more money than you have agree to. The company does not believe they need to call or mail notification to their customers when your rate goes from $79 to $149 a month. The comp has refused to refund the difference, but said they would give me a %10 discount off the current rate. Seems like a slap in the face and pretty shady business practice to me.

I arrived after a complete run around with U-Haul, 30 minutes before closing. The managers on site helped me out efficiently and even took me down to view a unit prior to making a decision on the space I needed. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and effectiveness that was displayed. Being that I just moved across 6 states, this experience made me feel welcomed here in Arlington.

Best experience ever in renting a storage unit! The Gibsons have been so friendly and helpful, and I got a great deal on a climate-controlled unit and even free use of shelves. The climate controlled building is beautifully maintained, as are the grounds. Very happy!

I reserved a unit through SpareFoot website. Everything went smoothly when I got to the Mini U Storage. The monthly charges and insurance options were addressed; all my questions were answered; and the unit is clean (no evidence of water damage or rodent infestation).

Made the reservation on line and the next morning signed the paperwork. The managers were polite and professional and answered all my questions. The unit itself was cleaned out and ready for me to begin moving in immediately. I highly recommend this place to all.

Awesome Customer Service, I recently lost my Husband, also going through a home renovation with limited resource and funds, so I decided to put some things in storage and was concerned about everything it entailed, mainly the cost. Now this next part us where it gets next level! The MiniUStorage property managers Robert and Stormi were extremely helpful, informative, over the normal threshold of standard customer service. This not so common anymore standard of paying it forward was truly a blessing in more ways that can be put into words. I have rented many storage rooms over the yearsThis one is the best facility I have ever rented from. Their prices are very fair, facility is clean and well kept and the staff is friendly and organized.

Highly recommended, very hospitable. I personally have used several storage places of this type in the past. Most that I have visited are operated by someone that really does not seem to want to help at all. They are usually short and to the point almost like they are in a hurry to hollar out NEXT and send your money here by blah, blah, blah.!! Not at this location, they are very friendly, and go out of their way to make it easy and quick. They offered assistance, The prices of supplies are not sky high, in fact they are very reasonable. They supplied the lock, shelving, and even loaned me a dolley, and a moving truck. Should I need storage again, I wont go anywhere else.

Great deal I got here, Free truck rental, a big discount on the storage Free lock and to top it off, a Starbucks gift card, Wow! What a deal! The staff was also great.

If i could give negative inifinty stars, i would... I came here tonight 10 to 20 minutes passed closing time to put my last load in my locker that I PAY FOR, and as Im unloading my vehicle the owners who live there apparently on site, (in their pajamas the whole time, mind you!), decided to get in their car and ride up, slamming on her brakes before she hits my friends kneecaps and immediately started accusing us of stealing and sneaking in.. Then i told her our 5 month old son passed away last monday, (which he did), and that we were being evicted and had to be out by 8 am tomorrow morning and she said thst my son was irrelevant to the situation and that shes calling the cops if we dont leave. I yelled out how she was soulless and the only irrelevance was her attitude and how she almost hit my friends legs and how she could have been polite and not tried to act like a thug! Then as were leaving her husband is up at the front yelling at my husband how he was a sneak and a theif so i told him my son was gone and we were being evicted and that guy said sorry and to get the hell out. Im horrified and hurt down to my core. What a soulless establishmemt with no class or care for any customers.

Anyone who would say a newly passed infant is irrelevant is a heartless unprofessional pig! You deserved to be fired maam! I am disgusted and disheartened that someone like you can hold a job. You are sick!!!!!!! If your company continues to employ you they are as sick you are!

Horrible owners. They tryed to hit me with their car because I was at my storage unit 5 minutes after close. I was also verbally abused by both managers.

Would not trust managers with my property. Bad experience.

Had my furniture stored here about two years. When I was ready to move all of it to my new house, it was covered in rat droppings. Dont rent here. It is rat infested.
